Match making not going into hero selection

Hi, sometimes when i join MM and someone drops after having found a match.
Then in the popup that appears with one or two reds (people who dropped) and it suddenly finds the players. After finding those players, we get no hero selection screen (even not message at all) except for the botom ring that shows 10 of 10 players.
I have waited a while in the state and the only signal i get is people dropping from the bottom ring so i leave too.

I play in europe and related servers.
