Matchmaking not remembering region(s)

Brief Description: HoN does not remember the matchmaking regions you selected if you quit the application, then launch it again.

How to Replicate:
1. Open HoN
2. Select preffered region(s) under Matchmaking
3. Quit HoN
4. Open HoN
5. Open Matchmaking to see you have to select the region(s) again

Console.log or Match ID: Not applicable.

I am sure this is not intended.
There is a mod that fixes this but that doesn't mean it should't function like this by default.
