Clan tag is wrong

So we created our clan with a random tag yesterday, since you can't start with a tag with 4 letters at the beginning. Anyway, I went to clans.heroesofnewerth.com and changed the tag to [PheB].

To the problem:

When I enter our channel, I'm the only one with the tag [PheB]. Everyone else is the random tag of [ARQ]. It's the same for the others, they only see themselves as [PheB]. And on my friend/clan list it still displays [ARQ].

I really don't think this is intended, so what's wrong??

Just noticed that 4 in my clan have changed to [PheB]. All offline.

This happens because the chat server caches tags/clan names instead of requesting them from the database every time a user does something that requires them. You should find as the cache expires, everything will show properly.
