This is a list of changes that i think are required as most of the heroes im suggesting nerfs for have been top picks/bans since the start of the game replays tournament 1 and have stayed free of significant nerfs since then. These changes i think would shake the meta and wouldnt define heroes into perma pick/ban and would bring more strategy to the game.
- His deny skill no longer denys the full xp of the creep , his cursed shield now lasts for 15-20-25-30 seconds
- increase his int gain by .2
- movespeed increased by 5
- increase his spin chance to 20%/ on every 5th attack
- base str reduced by 2
- give witch slayer the ability to give mana to his teammates throguh his mana skill (pyro got a buff, witch needs one to put him in line)
- Reworked his ult so it now makes the dispelled target (enemy) unable to be applied buffs/heals for 5 seconds. (this makes him an actual hard counter to heroes like accursed jeraziah and soul reaper as they dont really have a direct counter atm)
- manacost of demon hands increased to 85 at all levels (slight mana nerf so he cant just own mid non stop as soon as hes 5).
- tormented soul now 20-18-16-14 (yes i stole it from dota but he has dropped off the metagame lately with mana battery and more intiatior heroes/counters.
- rebuff his bear to have the ability when farmed to perma root.
- hook cooldown and mana cost changed to 14-13-12-11 140 - 130 - 120 - 110
- manacost of cauterize increased to 75-80-85-90 range reduced to 500 yards ( now deals true damage to self)
- his ultimate increases his movespeed by 10 (copied from dota)
- his aura now also reduces attack speed by 15%-20%-25%-30%
- remove the move speed bonus added to his passive
- reduce the snare of his cannonball miss to 30%
- try something like dota he needs something new never picked in hon, rarely picked in dota.
- dont let his illusions be destroyed when he teleports to one and increase the duration of his cliff walking back to 3 seconds.
- remove the vision granted by conduit
- pod deals true damage again, her stun should now grant armour instead of attack speed (why does she need attack speed?)
- reduce his base int by 3 increase the manacost of his dot by 10 at each level. reduce the cooldown of his magic debuff to 14 seconds.
- increase str gain to 1.8 base str increased by 2
- increase his movespeed by 3-6-9% with each level of his ult
- reduce the cooldown of her ult to 150-130-110
- windshield now grants 5% movespeed down form 10%
Chipper - reduce his cast time ms by 50, reduce his ult cd to 50-60-70 seconds
- Reduce the range of keg to 800 yards, increase the cd of his ult to 110 at all levels, nerf his turrets attack speed scaling from items/proc chance of thunderclaw.
- Make his ultimate global again/ dark blade undispellable ( hes already countered by wards and dispel)

The only semi-decent idea in there is the Witch one, which is not even needed.

All of these heroes are balance as is, except for chipper who NEEDS A NERF
These are pretty major buffs/nerfs I don't think really bring anything good to the game.
Granted some are moderate and reasonable
OP please give better reasoning for your balance suggestions before making big changelogs like this.
