Heroes when pick

Brief Description: Its simple! When hero is picked, the hellbourne/legion icon have the description of the hero.(In the selection hero screen)

How to Replicate: When i picked Puppet Master, i see the hellbourne icon having the description of the hero. (icons,stats etc.)

I mean that, if the mouse is on the icon of the picked hero, it shows his stats and icons.

Looks intended, there's no harm at all in having it both places.
