Where can I get the newest HoN modman?

Since I couldn't find it in the actual HoN Mod Manager thread, and the .exe in the current dl link file on that thread doesn't even work, I thought I'd look for some help here. Can anyone help me find the newest Modman? None of my mods work with my current modman which i downloaded about 1 month ago before retail.

As far as I know 1.3.6.0 is the latest version of the manager. (You can check this in the Help -> About tab)

This isn't an issue with the manager, it's an issue with the mods having the appversion in their .xml file written as -0.3.*. Basically it tells the modmanager that this mod is only supported for version up until this number. However most mods work with the 1.0.* retail you just have to edit the .xml.

Some mods have an auto-update url in them which you should be usable with the modmanager if you haven't tried this already.
