Please help: Winning games, maintaining team effort

Alright, first off I'm starting to turn my game around and having positive KDR most games and able to hold my own with a small pool of 3-4 heroes that I've been practicing hard on. Winning games again and bringing my PSR from the 1200s back up to 1400s.

However something I've noticed in public games is that its incredibly difficult to get a team working together. The game starts well, I dominate my lanes and once people start roaming I help out other lanes to get ganks or push the first towers.

And heres a common scenario for me thats my problem: Our team has the most kills, we can beat them in straight up 5v5 and the first line of towers are down. I want to close the game up early and keep the pressure on but at this point most games I've been in people sit back and keep farming. Letting both sides farm with me left frustrated that people start getting picked off one by one slowly losing our advantage. Some games we get our act together again and push to the barracks and others the enemy team turns the game around and starts winning.

What can I do to get my team working together instead of 5 heroes doing their own thing which is what I imagine I was doing for most of my game when I first started.

basically what has been stated allready. if your team is desperate to farm try and get them to go farming in the enemy creeps. that way you can all steal their neuts and get some ganks going at the same time. it sometimes works in convincing idiots to do what i want.

bonus tip: check your team's items and gold. point out who can and should afford wards. yell at magmus for building runed axe. point out to Hag that nullstone would make her unkillable against hero X, etc.
If your hero relies on items at all, make sure you have an efficient build, at that level team composition and item builds tend to outweigh most other things. Just try not to give up a genocide when you attempt Kongor, etc.

Also if you're confident that you know how your team should play the game, you should try to take the "lead" from the start. Starting with telling / asking supporters to get monkeys and wards, suggesting lane setups etc. In the later game organize ganks and pushes. If you do those things well the average player will start listening to you about what to do.
Patience is the key with this, usally low rated players will try to blame it on you if something goes wrong if it was your suggestion, but just keep on going and dont get into the flame wars.

I made a great post I think about this bracket style of play, you can always go check it. But I will try to help you in here too.

Your question is : How cna I help my team to win more?

My solution : Since you seem to play more support and roamers, buy a shitload of wards everytime you can. Ward the entire other forest, even if you end up dying 1 time when you go place them. In this bracket, if people can see someone, they will most likely ping at them and run toward them all 4 of them. Be intelligent and follow them with some distance to ensure your team a backup in case of counter ganks. Supprot them the ebst you can by warding and give them vision wehen you can, that will ensure your team a powerful gank potential. Take the time to stack creeps for your team, that will shorten up the farm time because they will have more gold in a short amount of time. Also, pick a lane for yourself and ask your team to keep it for you. Put wards to avoid ganks and try to always show yourself on the map to your opponents. In that case, your team will have a free farm time and they will be able to push towers while people are trying to gank you. When you see them, just back up as fast as you can and always have a homecomijg stone to avoid death. For using it, you always can go into sideline woods and teleport to another lane to continue your good farm.

For further explanation, PM me in-game or forum section
And sorry for all the mistakes, I am at work and I am trying to help a lot of people in a short amount of time so I just can't keep up with the corrections

EDIT: Keep up the work with your CKs, you are doing a great job already with it for a 1500 player.

EDIT 2 : Try to have higher APM too. APMs are important if you want to have a better overall. Higher APM meens less ganks because you will be on your guard at all time. If that is succesfull, your team will have again a free time when people want to gank you Try to have about 100 APM if you want to stay alive longer. Some people will argue that it is useless but mainly, you will find out that they are at 0.6-1.0 KD:r with carry only heroes. In my opinion, 100-200 APM will help you alot. NMine is actually at 152 and I am always finding myself able to avoid some ganks succesfully (not all, I mean, it is impossible to avoid everything)
