    Hardcore Mode

    I noticed a new Mode, the Hardcore Mode. But I can't find any explanation anywhere about what it really does? What's the diffrence of the gameplay in a Hardcore game? What does it do?

    From game_info.entity:

    Code:
        <modifier key="hardcore" modpriority="100"
            goldpertick="0"
        towerdenygoldmultiplier="0.0"
        />
    From changelog:

    - Added "Hardcore Mode" advanced game option
    * No passive gold/sec gain
    * A creep/hero deny results in 0 experience for the enemy team
    * A tower deny results in 0 gold for the enemy team
    Hm just tested, changelog appears to be completely right this time.

    To be fair to element, they frequently lie/fail to document all changes.

    no information WHATSOEVER omfg... they hid that well... spend 10 min searching before my brain thought that it might be easier just using the search function instead of "Ctrl + F" and search after the word hardcore on every page in 3 different sections of the forum..

    I heard you drop all items in this mode on death. Cant it be changed to drop 1 random item like in that mode of DoTa?

    Best advice i can give for it. Always make sure you a TP in your stash so when you die and their is no gold trickle to get you 120g -> 135g you dont have to walk back.
