Is there some support channel for this? I'd like to get it done.. We can't use our clan channel for people that are not in the clan because it is too long and I have been finally convinced that the LOL acronym is just too silly :P

Same here. Think the only solution is to recreate the clan though.
That is of course, if the name and tag isn't taken yet.
It's probably not a main concern in beta, to be honest. I wouldn't be surprised to see some kind of "customer support" for this kind of thing later on.
