Hero Duels after game

I think it would be cool to have the option to duel other heros after a game is done. Since people always talk trash about fighting one on one it would add another aspect to the game.

Something that could add on to this would just be maps with 1v1 hero fights. Creator picks how much money each side gets. Automatically start at level 25, pick your hero, and spend your money on items you think would be best.

I think this would be a fun little feature to add to the game and it probably wouldn't take much work to do.

Having extra perks like this are going to help separate HoN from DOTA; which is something that you are going to want to focus on if you want people to not have to ask themselves "Why would I pay for a 'DOTA clone?'" once HoN is released.

I like this idea. Also you could probably use the ~60seconds after the game ends to duel. Like teleport you to a arena section closed off from rest of the map and then you duel with the current items you had when the game ended. Extend the end game time if needed.

Stupid idea, especially since when they implement more heroes, there will be counters to all of them.

"Oh you want to duel and you picked X hero? OK I'll take the counter to X hero, GG!"

Same reason 1v1 is stupid in dota, it's a team oriented game.

Think about it... lvl 25 scout with any mana regen item, vs. any hero that can't see invis. Stealth-smack-stealth-smack-stealth-smack-stealth-smack...

If you've played savage 2 you'll see their duel arena, it lets people change character while in there. This could become another map/game type.

Having a certain ammount of cash to spend and being able to reset cash would be essential.

I like this idea of dueling but you will have to be able to change character in game.

Did you read my suggestion? If not, then do so. My post earlier suggested you use the heroes that you picked that game, with current items and level to duel, not pick a level 25 straight away to duel.

Also this is only a suggestion, it WILL need fine tuning and major tweaks before it actually gets implemented, it if actually does that is.
