To use a metaphor, someone who can't aim a gun, doesnt learn to be an expert marksman by having someone make targets ten times the normal size, sure, he may be hitting, but he's still a terrible shot, and that shows, and using that enormous target isnt going to make you a better shooter any faster than a proper sized target, and unfortunately for him, you can't ask competetion judges to make the targets bigger.

well, you may be surprised, but i sort of agree with that
though i can't see much harm of allowing this in common pub games (they are about having fun, isn't it? ) i would also certainly allow this in spec mode too

I can agree that mods like this have their place, I don't find the mod itself a problem.
My issue are the people who claim it makes them better at juking. It doesnt, it reduces the difficulty of an intentionally difficult aspect of the game, which is fine for fun games etc, but their skill is in no way increasing.

I know that If anyone in TAG used this mod, I'd be very, very dissapointed, as it would show a lack of desire to improve competetively. For some random pubber in a random pub game though, I couldn't care less.

Props to you for a good idea though, its certainly well thought out.

Ofcourse soemone who cant aim a gun will get better by training on bigger targets, you dont put a marksman in training to shoot at the smallest targets right away.

Such a bad analogy, if you say bigger targets don't make you better them just using smaller targets, then if this is the bigger targets, and hon normal is the smaller ones, you don't get any better by using the big ones then?

you're not proving anything. You're arguing because you don't want to agree, not because you can't agree. But S2games and the freaking creator of the mod apparently agree with me.

And no you don't get better by using the bigger ones, because unlike larger gun targets, you probably won't ever voluntairily switch to small targets, and then when you arent allowed to use the large ones anymore, you're going to be in trouble.

From what I understand of your posts in this thread, You, after a year of playing can't juke, and need a crutch to enable you do highskill tree hugging, but you want to argue that its not a crutch and is a learning tool, and when that is disproven you fall back on 'haters gonna hate' since you can't argue the point.

i rly like this mod, but i hope s2 implements some other way to make juke paths more clearable to see(maybe making trees half transparent where the mouse points).

this is not for mod manager, just put s2z file you downloaded into hon/game folder

Things to do in the future, make a map with a "pacman" jukespot.

First of all I'd like to say that anybody who has enough time to memorize all the juke spots has too much time on they're hands.

I spend enough time playing this game without having to waste more time perfecting its small niches just to have fun.

All this mod allows me to do is see where a few spots are that id otherwise miss because of the cluster fk of trees and allows me to click on that path without my hero walking backwards or doing something else that i didn't intend.

I dont play this game for money.

I play to have a good time.

If you want to ban this mod then you better introduce some sort of tranparency to the trees your near or change some of the trees to small bushes so the pathes are more clearly noticeable.
