STORY
Once a feared human slaughter who was known to kill anyone for his own
pleasure, Sirrush got caught by the ancient dragons. They bound him to
serve them as messenger amongst the humans, elves, dwarves, and some
other creatures and gave him the ancient Dragonsword and an armor to
protect him against all harms. It was to late when he realized that it was
an magic armor, which changed not just his outfit - no, it changed his
whole being as formerly human. It turned his body into the armor itself...
After the transformation was over, he couldnt believe that he looks like an
anthro dragon and tried to reverse it. But the new bound pact to the dragons
inhibited him to get rid of his new biologic armor. Now featured with some
new bestial behaviours and abilities he is known as the "Harbinger of Death"
who sends a deadly message to anyone who deceives the Ancients.
Just like the Hellbourne does...

He gets a muzzle and a long tail
His body size is increased (ca. a half bodysize bigger than normal)
has bigger and DEADLY claws
He scratches his opponents with his claws now
Sword disappeares

A deep and dark voice.
While PATH OF THE DRAGON lasts he is more grunting and yelling than speaking.

I admit the sounds lacks a bit in creativity, but if you have some better ideas, i would like to hear them.
ABILITIES
ACID BREATH - 1st Ability
Due to his half transformed body he is able to vomit an acid smoke which erodes enemy armor and limits their movementspeed.

Description:
Sirrush vomits an acid smoke for 4 seconds into the direction he faces (He is still able to move).
It affects an area in a 30 degree cone.
If an enemy is hit it gains the MELTING! buff.
If an enemy is hit the whole 4 seconds, a bonus armor and movement reduce will be added to the existing MELTING! buff.
An enemy gains one charge per second he is affected by ACID BREATH (a maximum of 4 charges).
After the enemy gets out of the aoe of ACID BREATH, MELTING! lasts furthermore as long as the charges reaches zero (each charge lasts 1 second).
The number of the current charges multiplies the armor and movement reduction as well as it multiplies the damageamount of the burning dps.
If an enemy has 3 charges it will reduce ( with Lvl.2 of ACID BREATH) 3*1,0=3 armor and 3*0,5%=1,5% movementspeed the first second, 2*1,0=2 armor and 2*0,5%=1,0% movementspeed the second second and 1*1,0=1 armor and 1*0,5%=0,5% movementspeed the third/last second.
The bonus of the complete 4 charges will stay the whole Time the Buff MELTING! exists on an enemy.
Visual/Mechanic:
Sirrush vomits a dark green, more greylike smoke into the direction he faces which begins to fade out after a range of 400.
Affected enemies gets a slight dark grey armor.

BRUTE ARMOR- 2nd Ability
His new Body contains an enhanced Armor which has been never seen before - protecting his Body and giving him the strength of a halfdragon. With this power he is able to knock anyone away who dares to surround him.

Description:
BRUTE ARMOR increases the Armor and healthregeneration of Sirrush and allows to push enemies who stand around him away and dealing a short stun.
Caused by the bestial side of Sirrush's nature he falls into a deep RAGE everytime he strikes an enemy, which impacts him to attack faster. The ancient Dragonsword gains this RAGE and can release it as a devastating additional magic damage.

Description:
Sirrush has a maximum of 20 chages
each strike on an enemy will increase it by 1 charge
each 3 seconds passed without hitting an enemy unit will decrease it by 2 charges
On gaining charges his eyes becomes more and more a red glow. If the magic damage of RAGE is activated, his sword begins to glow brighter the more charges he gained.
Leveling:
each charge gives
Lvl.1: +1 attackspeed | additional magic damage (0,5% of his charges) for 5 mana each attack
Lvl.2: +2 attackspeed | additional magic damage (1,0% of his charges) for 7 mana each attack
Lvl.3: +3 attackspeed | additional magic damage (1,5% of his charges) for 9 mana each attack
Lvl.4: +4 attackspeed | additional magic damage (2,0% of his charges) for 11 mana each attack
If he got 20 charges (Lvl.4) he get (20*4)=80 attackspeed and additional (20*2,0%)=40% magic damage based on his current strength

RAGE will be improved by Path of the Dragon
PATH OF THE DRAGON - Ultimate
He absorbs his sword to gain it?s power to break through the rest of his human barrier and become a complete feral beasty dragon.

Description
Set the chargeamount of RAGE to maximum (only if RAGE is skilled).
Improves RAGE by activation with increased movementspeed (only if RAGE is skilled)
Altered into a big perfect anthro dragon, he is able to use both of his deadly and edged grown claws to attack. ANY ATTACKMODIFIER ETC. WORKS ON THAT 2ND ATTACK
Replaces ACID BREATH with BURNING BREATH:
BURNING BREATH - 1st Ability
Due to his now fully transformed dragon body, Sirrush is able to ignite his ACID BREATH and dealing firedamage.

Description:
Sirrush vomits an ignited acid smoke for 4 seconds into the direction he faces (He is still able to move).
It affects an area in a 60 degree cone.
If an enemy is hit it gains the BURNING! buff.
Due to the ignition of the acid smoke the effect of the movement and armor reduction is lowered.
It has the same level as ACID BREATH
If an enemy is hit the whole 4 seconds, a bonus armor and movement reduce will be added to the existing BURNING! buff.
An enemy gains one charge per second he is affected by the burning breath (a maximum of 4 charges).

The first ability ACID BREATH will be replaced by BURNING BREATH. BURNING BREATH will emmit a burning flame out of Sirrush muzzle into the direction he faces and create some darkgreen/darkgrey smokes after the maximum range of 400.
Affected enemies gets an burning armor effect.

On DUAL CLAW ATTACK He just hit his opponent twice.
Leveling:
Lvl.1: 1 movementspeed each charge on RAGE | 15% chance of DUAL CLAW ATTACK
Lvl.2: 2 movementspeed each charge on RAGE | 30% chance of DUAL CLAW ATTACK
Lvl.3: 3 movementspeed each charge on RAGE | 45% chance of DUAL CLAW ATTACK

This is a modified version of Dragon Knight, Davion, from Dota. Its like all the same, just swapped skills here and there. 1st ability=fire breath, 2nd= stun, 3rd= hp regen, 4th=transforms into a dragon and gains certain attributes/abilities.
Imo, if it is for a hero to get into HoN, that would be a direct port from Dota with Davion. So, i would advise you to change ur hero's abilities completely and get something more creative in

Well I think only the 2nd skill is close to davions, but the stuneffect is different... I would prefer if you read my description in whole again, it seems you just only read the names and the short description...
