Effects, attacks, reactions, voice, item uses, ui clicks... everything for the duration of the ulti.

It has obvious gameplay ramifications, but still makes sense with the hero. It makes him even cooler.

And it silences all the RAGEEEEEEEEEE on the other team.

I'd also like to see a form of alltalk implemented. And then watch my vindi % skyrocket.

It is amusing. However, it gives people who use Ventrilo an advantage over those who use in-game chat, and I don't think that's fair.

Muting voice was originally part of it, since it silences everything, no exceptions, but if people want to be heard raging, whatever. Guess voice can be an exception.

I'd like to point out, this isn't a joke suggestion.

Muting the sound(sans voice) of anyone silenced by the ulti, then they will clearly know they have been silenced whether vindicator was onscreen at the time or not.

Aside from that, it makes his global silence much much more unique and worthy of a hero that is centered around silencing.

if you want to use your mic then i would need a button to mute you too, just like i do to all my teammates before the game starts

Yes, all vocalisations silenced, but not other noises eg spells, creepsplat and not mic as that would simply encourage everyone to use Ventrilo.
