Does Nullfire Blade mana burn carry over to moonqueens bounces?
Does anything else besides Lifesteal bounce over?(like shieldbreaker etc)

Nope and no for the most part.
Only thing I see is that Harkon's Blade changes Moon Queen's attack to damage type Magic and the damage type Magic propagates to the bounces, but the debuff proc does not.

Savage mace technically propagates but it will only proc once over all the bounces.
It might technically be possible to get several Savage Maces and have your attack power boosted by quite a bit but I think that would be rather impractical.
