What is this?

This mod replaces Valkyrie with CloudWatcher. Effects textures sounds, almost everything is changed. The voicepack and textures are seperate downloads.

Installation instructions

Download the file into the Heroes of Newerth game folder. The default locations for this folder are:

Linux: /home/<username>/HoN/game/
Windows 7: C:\Program Files\Heroes of Newerth\game\
Windows Vista: C:\Program Files\Heroes of Newerth\game\
Windows XP: C:\Program Files\Heroes of Newerth\game\
Mac:
1. Press Finder
2. Press Applications
3. Right click 'Heroes of Newerth', and press Show containing files
4. Open Game folder
5. Move file here

You will now have Cloudwatcher in your game. To disable it, simply delete resourcesCloudwatcher.s2z and resourcesCloudwatcherVoice.s2z or remove it from the game folder.

Can we get the texture without the sounds? 'Cause no offense, but I think the soundset is terrible

There are 2 download links, one fore the sounds effects and texture, and one for the voicepak. I can't believe you missed that.

The texture is just a recolor of the original. I could however make a Pogs HD version.

I didn't, but your link for texture and soundpak is misleading and makes it sound like you can only get the texture with the soundpack(and not separate)

EDIT: Confirmed, you cannot get the texture without the sounds, without going through some pain in the ass(aka, unzipping the file and manually importing the textures and effects without the sounds

And it's not that I really dislike your sounds, it's just I prefer the valkyrie's originals

I'm not sure what I have to do. I could make a seperate download link with only the texture and effects. But the regular sounds go really bad with the new lightning.
