    The WarHead

    Intro

    Invented by the Legion. This machine was used to scare away wild animals with his huge size and scary look. But, a genius Scientist have made this machine alive, fused with a nuclear power and even more stronger. With this guy around, the Hellbourne will probably wont fight.

    Abilities

    Trembling Stomp - Active

    The War Head stomps the ground, shaking the area around him, damaging, slowing and stunning enemies around him. Enemies in 450 radius is stunned for 2.5/3/3/5/4 second. Enemies in 700 radius is slowed for 5 second with 20/30/40/50% slow.

    Level 1 - Deals 100 magic damage to close and deals half damage to far enemies
    Level 2 - Deals 150 magic damage to close and deals 60% damage to far enemies
    Level 3 - Deals 200 magic damage to close and deals 80% damage to far enemies
    Level 4 - Deals 250 magic damage to close and deals normal damage to far enemies

    Cooldown 15 second
    Mana Cost 150
    AoE 700

    "I'm Shaking !"


    Charge - Active

    The War Head Charges himself, unleashing the nuclear within him. Allies are faster and stronger while enemies are damaged by Soaring Nukes, slowed and weaker.

    Level 1 - Gives bonus movement/slow for 4%. Allies and Enemies take 5% less/more damage. Duration is 8 seconds.
    Level 2 - Gives bonus movement/slow for 6%. Allies and Enemies take
    10% less/more damage. Duration is 10 seconds.
    Level 3 - Gives bonus movement/slow for 8%. Allies and Enemies take 15% less/more damage. Duration is 12 seconds.
    Level 4 - Gives bonus movement/slow for 10%. Allies and Enemies take 20% less/more damage. Duration is 14 seconds.

    The Soaring Nukes Deals 50 damage and have 3 attacks per second
    Cooldown 25 seconds
    Manacost 150
    AoE 800

    Explanation : After channeling, a ring will be released from War Head and then a laser will be fired out to random close enemies. (Like DC Electric Tide then his ulti)

    Nuclear Toughness - Passive

    Fused with nuclear, the War Head seems to be stronger than others.

    Level 1 - Gives 100 bonus hp, +6 armor and + 2 mana regen
    Level 2 - Gives 150 bonus hp, +8 armor and + 3 mana regen
    Level 3 - Gives 200 bonus hp, + 10 armor and + 4 mana regen

    Level 4 - Gives 250 bonus hp, + 12 armor and + 5 mana regen

    G3000+ Warhead Missile- Active

    The War Head launches a massive warhead missile to a target area after a countdown. Dealing massive damage to anyone on its area of effect. Enemies hit will be applied Radiated. Enemies that are closer to the explosion will be damaged more.

    Level 1 - Deals 350 initial magic damage, dealing 50 bonus magic damage per charge. Channels for 3 second
    Level 2 - Deals 500 initial magic damage, dealing 60 bonus magic damage per charge. Channels for 3 second
    Level 3 - Deals 650 initial magic damage, dealing 70 bonus magic damage per charge. Channels for 2 second

    Manacost 100/175/250
    Radiated Effect : Slowed for 40% and silenced for 5 second
    Closer the enemy will add 1 charge, maximum of 3 charge
    Radius 800
    Range 700

    Plated Greaves - A pure tank plus a tanking boots ? why not ?
    Portal Key - Enables good positioning of charge and Stomp
    Ring of Sorcery - Low mana pool solved

    Behemoth's Heart - I'm (im)mortal !
    Insane mana regen items such as Hellflower and Kuldra.

    ANYONE THAT CAN STOP YOUR COMBO

    Predator - Pure Anti Tank + Shieldbreaker on his hand makes you just a cactus (hurts if touch but then again plants easily destroyed)
    Buff Remover - Your charge works as a buff. If its removed, enemies will be (a bit) happy.

    *EDITS MADE :

    14/5/2010 changed skill 3 from Nuclear TakeOut to Nuclear Toughness,
    changed ultimate from Nuclear Toughness to G3000+ Warhead Missile - credit goes to Srle for the thought, edited buddies and baddies, deleted channel first for charge.

    Wouldnt it be better for his ulti aoe ground target explosion for some dmg?
    If not, then rename him into something else...

    the mana cost of all his spells are far too high considering his mediocre int gain.
    2 spells in a fight and he goes oomph.

    i was thinking this guy would be like pebbles though it seems its not because his mana. Well btw thx for the suggestion.
