Recruitment Status : Up and pulsing.

Feel free to read the quote, though it doesn't apply. This clan failed because of management issues, mostly because of time zones conflicts for in-house games.

All applications on freely written, post whatever you feel you must boast about it being about stats, your personality, etc. Note your applications must be sent via the forums with private messaging. POSTING ON THIS THREAD ONLY MEANS YOU'RE BUMPING FOR ME.

Prologue
iiR is a competitive clan based on the West Coast looking for players that pride themselves in skill; skill that many people don't recognize, but in gaming. iiR, a branch of OCH, top in many Source games, is porting to HoN because of previous experience in DoTA and other Strategy games. Though we are not completely top tier in HoN, we expect to be near that level at the end of summer and look forward to becoming a clan to reckon with.

The majority of us are high school and college students, and many of us have similar hobbies. What we want are people who can say they have made a mistake, and are always wanting to learn. Charismatic and helpful people are always wanted. However, there are requirements before you can join:

Requirements

1. Must speak English well. (British and Australian accents are allowed and wanted XD)
2. Need a somewhat clear microphone, cannot have feedback or an overwhelming amount of static.
3. A decent computer with decent internet connection.
4. A cellphone or an IM account to have access to in case of emergency.
5. Must be active.
   
6. You cannot have temper issues: raging over a kill, death, or w/ever. It is unacceptable.
7. Being able to play more than just one role; carry, babysitter, roamer, etc.
8. An average creep kills(75+) and creep denies(15+).
9. Leaver percentage must be bellow 19%.
10. KD must be 1.4+ and/or AD must be 1.8+.
11. PSR must be above 1590.
12. Minimum of 50 games played (note that we do not play EM).

Bonus
If you own a Ventrilo server, or can host/make one, that almost guarantees a position in the clan.

Clan Contract

1. I will not leave a game.
2. I will not use any hacking program or packet editor to gain an unfair advantage.
3. I will attend practice matches, and always commit myself to the clan in any way.
4. I will help build a friendly community.
5. I will not put down a player, but instead help one.

If you can agree to this, then you are on your way to joining a helpful, and competitive community. Understanding strategy is vital; leaders who can follow and followers who can lead is key. After submission and acceptance, you will be invited to games to be evaluated.

Q&A
Q. When is the majority of the clan online?
A. We are usually on 4-8 P.M. Pacific Standard Time (West Coast) because it is a USW based clan.

Q. What is the Ventrilo information?
A. The Vent info for now is down, due to server problems, it will be back up on May 18th.

Q. When is the website going to be up?
A. Many of us are busy with AP testing or collage finals, so the website is not close to done. It is expected to be up near the middle of summer.

Have you played DoTA? If so, what are your most valuable heroes? I prefer to play the ganking role (vengeful spirit, prophet, chen, etc) I like being able to shut down a lane without even being in it. Mind games are my favorite aspect about ganking. I can also carry (often semi-carry with ganks being my farm) and I can babysit if required but not my cup of tea.

8. An average creep kills(75+) and creep denies(15+). Lol 15+ creep denies, so I don't have that I average 10. Shoot me for it. I don't sit in lane static farming very often.
   
9. Leaver percentage must be bellow 19%. below 3%
   
10. KD must be 1.4+ and/or AD must be 1.8+. KD is 1 AD is like 1.8 (keep in mind these are achieved in the 1750+ games not 1650+ games where going 2:1 KD is easy.
    
11. PSR must be above 1650. Usually floats around 1800
    
12. Minimum of 50 games played (note that we do not play EM). 500 games experience over a few accounts, less than 10 EM games.
