hai guise. so i've been playing a trumpet for about 9 or 10 years now, but i havent played much over the last year or so. I'm over being in bands, but im all good for leaning scales and that kinda stuff. But i'd really like to learn some rock songs. if you listen to the song Roquefort (brass) by Karnivool, thats the type of trumpet i wanna play.
anyone knows where i can get some sheet music for music like that? I can pay, but it would be easier if i could get some free stuff.

Brazzband stuff mate, it'll get you into it. Most trumpet played in techno/metal/rock is brazz type interwoven.
PS: Haydn trumpet concerto is well worth listening to if you are into trumpets =) There are a couple other great concertos from other composers aswell! Of newer composers Gershwin does have a lot of nice stuff =)
At lasts years presentation night there was some kids who played some music.
Harry played the trumpet, and let me tell you I think it's the ugliest sound ever.
