So, i am just curious to as if this is a bug or supposed to happen.
Like if we say, you are Scout with Steamboots, you are invis, and want to change the steamboots to INT so you won't lose as much mana while invis, you go out of invis, indication you made an action..
Also, moving items in your inventory breaks you out of stealth, and as i know you are making a move, i don't think it should break invis and or other things. I also believe it braaks channelling spells and the like, even though i am not sure.
Would be glad for a clearance on this, thanks in advance.
For the changing of attributes of STEAMBOOTS, I think it functions correctly that you made an action. This is debatable of course and can be made by S2 to function in whatever it was supposed to be intended. Right now, its making an action, so would break channeling.
For the moving of items, are you sure about this? Because if I assign a far location for my char to walk, and move items around, my char does not stop moving, meaning no new action was issued. That would then be a bug, and a replay/match id would be very helpful.
Hmm, i know that if you're porting to a tower, moving the homecoming stone around interrupts the channeling.
Yeah, it's a strange decision by S2 IMO. Although it is noted on steamboots that they can be "toggled" to the different attributes, it doesn't actually function like other "toggles". For example, toggling splitshot or toggling harkon's will not interrupt or break chanelling/invis.
That is an isolated example, though, probably more related to balance.
As for moving items in your inventory slots, I did not know it would interrupt chanelling spells. I suppose I've never tried to move items in my inventory whilst in the midst of a clash before =/ . I doubt it's that significant an issue.
I just tested this in practice mode.
Teleportation channeling was not broken by moving items in your inventory. It was, however, cancelled if the actual teleportation item (boots or homecoming stone) was moved. Moving items did not break Tempest's Elemental Void channeling either.
In my testing, moving items did not break Scout's Vanish, contrary to what OP claimed.
Neither did "orb switching" (changing the current active Attack Modifier) break invisibility.
Switching stats on Steamboots does break Vanish (Scout's invis), Reflection (Fayde's invis) and Stampede (Rampage's charge), but does not interrupt channeling. I did not try with anything not mentioned.

they aint done nothing yet (wouldnt suprise me if they do it themselves, i know i do)
Why would they fix it? Switch your boots before you vanish.
Also has anyone tried Reflection + switching stances?
