Idiotism(?) isn't something that is factual, or has any real measurement. The label of words like "idiot" come only from other's view of the alleged "idiot." So, people would be getting marked retard or whatever from pretty much any person that they've played with that didn't like them, for any reason.

I do agree, though. It is unfortunate to play people that aren't exactly newb since the've played like 300 games, but they still make horrible item choices, only go for kills, or generally just don't play smart. I don't know if it will ever be possible to implement a system that could successfully tell the difference between two different people that have the same amount of games played, ~KDR, etc. and also be able to categorize them so they can avoid playing with/against each other.

About the non-English speaking people. Yeah, I also agree with that, something needs to be done. I currently have a post with a suggestion to fix the language barriers in HoN; it's called the Language CAPTCHA. If you'd like, you can go vote on the suggestion and/or offer supplement suggestions.

I don't know if that would be a solution. Like, I always see Brazilian and Thailand games up also... most of them don't speak English, or Russian.

So many posts similar to this but with a suggestion that will work (ie rating system). Also a skill rating already exists, something called a public skill rating (psr). There are problems with it but I have yet to see a simple yet better solution.

Retard(-ism) is subjective, meaning that someone i think is a retard you may think of as a good friend..

This. It all comes down to opinion, and rating systems which rely on public opinion wouldn't work... at least not in this game and this environment. You'd have players calling others retarded for things which could easily happen to anybody. You could have somebody who thinks he's pro mark his whole team as retarded, even though he played just as bad. Somebody in a bad mood - mark people as retarded for getting in their way even though it didn't result any kills or lost kills. The list goes on and in short it's just a no.

By the way, good way to show your maturity with the biased poll options.
