Story: High Overlord Varok is a legendary Orc warrior who served as commander of the combined war effort against the Hellborne's in Newerth. He is very known & feared by many, especially his bravery and courage, not backing out in any fight even thou how bad the odds are.

Comments: Heroic Leap, should look like the Barbarian Skill in Diablo 3. Everyone has seen it, it looks awesome

Description: Varok's mighty Roar, causes nearby enemies to flee in fear, (Enemy hero affected by this can't control hero for X seconds. Making them run around crazy they can't attack.)
Level 1: 1.5 Seconds
Level 2: 2 Seconds
Level 3: 2.5 Seconds
Level 4: 3 Seconds
Comments: I haven't seen anything like this yet in-game it should look like the Psychic Scream skill used by Priest in World of Warcraft. It's a very useful skill if your being ganged, and trying a way to find an escape!

Cooldown: 18 seconds

Ability Hotkey: E
Description: Increases melee, ranged, and spell casting speed by X% to all near allied heroes. Lasts 8 seconds.
Level 1: 5% Attack/Spell Speed
Level 2: 10% Attack/Spell Speed
Level 3: 15% Attack/Spell Speed
Level 4: 20% Attack/Spell Speed
Comments: Poweeeeeeeeeeeeeer! Rageee!, Cool red glowy aura effect when this skills is activated in-game!
Heroic Throw
Cost: X Mana
Range: 600
Cooldown: X seconds
Targeting Type: Unit
Ability Type: Active
Ability Hotkey: R
Description: Varok throw's his mighty axe using both his hands to finish off a wounded, if not a fleeing foe, causing huge damage, and bleeds & slow's the enemy if its still alive.
Level 1: 120 Mana Cost, 75 second cooldown, Deals 200 physical damage, 1.5 second bleed.
Level 2: 150 Mana Cost, 65 second cooldown, Deals 350 physical damage. 2.5 second bleed.
Level 3: 250 Mana Cost, 55 second cooldown, Deals 500 physical damage. 3.5 second bleed.
Comments: lol it should look incredibly cool :P imagine throwing a huge axe from a far hitting the targeted unit! there should be an axe stuck on the targeted unit~

And the suggestion seems OK...
What, was expecting Varok's Rage to be "Whenever struck by a critical hit, retaliates instantly with a swift round-house kick, dealing ~5000 damage".
I mean, come on. We need the chuck norris quotes.
With terrifying roar, i think that it should have a chance to cancel the effect when damaged, like WoW warlock's fear attack.![]()
I'm not sure why a melee str hero would want a spell that makes everyone run away...
But I like the other skill idea of a temporary increased attack/spell speed.
Polaris, because everyone is scared of him :P lol It's another way to get out of a gank, multipler hero gang, and cancelling a channeled spell.
I was gonna use chuck norris quotes, but the devs here might not like it heheh

ok one idea to this is making him more flexible to the heroes capabilities having a str character the ability to control the game to his own hands is not what we basically see in so many str characters having that ability there are a few who have that trait but think about it giving the ability to fear your opponents to twist the tables is a good skill in my opinion
Looks solid. Except leap, which does massive damage for fairly low mana, and an AoE stun for two seconds. At level 6 your leap would do more damage then your ult, hit multiple targets, and stun to boot. Otherwise looks like fun.
Oh, and I think fear should be dispelled if they take direct damage, otherwise it's just another three second stun that can hit a whole team.
It's not that huge damage, Sven in Dota 6.60b has actually the same aoe damage,stun,cooldown,mana cost. But he doesn't leap, but throws his aoe stun hummer. Before it was only single target now its AOE target.
Storm Bolt was 8 second cooldown before with 250 damage, but changed to 14 second cooldown + increase damage w/ Aoe.
Although if needed, I can lower down the damage for the first skill.
The 4th skill is used for escaping heroes, more likely a final blow like Assassinate/Laguna/Finger of Death.

I like it. But ultimate should disarm for some seconds, just because he throws his weapon.

Definitely a team fighter. Two aoe crowd controls that he will always get off seems a bit over the top for team fights, combine that with a group speed advantage though.. seems sick.
i think fear should make the fleeing units have reduced armor (and possibly slight magic armor reduction too?) as well. maybe -2/-4/-6/-10
and as another poster pointed out, making him disarmed for the duration of his ult would make sense and make him more balanced.
i look forward to seeing this hero put in the game =)
