Explanation:
My main motive in introducing this item is to give ganking and roaming heroes a great item to bypass any wards or LOS when trying to run through the map undetected. The Talisman of Shadows is a great way for heroes to navigate the map undetected without having to pay about 1000 extra gold for Assassin's Shroud, which does not synergy very well with many ganking/roaming heroes.
Shadow-threaded Boots
Total Cost: 1400g
|Recipe:900g
|Marchers 500g
Passive Bonuses:
+70 movement speed
Activation:
Mana cost: 60 mana

I put this item down as an alternative. I didnt want to add yet another pair of boots to the recipe list, but IMO, making this concept into a pair of boots will hopefully make it more desirable for ganking/roaming heroes and less desirable for the rest.

My suggestions:
Elixir of Speed
Talisman of Shadows
Care (anti-gank) message for allies
I would take feedback over a yes vote anyday.
I'd rather it be an exclusive ganking/roaming item, so that it is not sought after by other heroes. If everyone gets the item it would make wards ineffective.

being seen on the minimap is the only weakness of big time farmer heroes, so it can't be removed imho

The problem is, there's no real way to gauge how effective these will be. Some people will flat out never look at their minimap, while others check it constantly. The concept on the whole is incredibly hard to balance in my opinion.
lold at this.
I think its a noble idea, in the interest of helping roamers/gankers as you said. But it's also yet another avenue of avoiding detection that will be abused by an excessive number of people. I guess that part depends on how it interacts with stuff that reveals invisibility though. If someone has a bound eye, someone with shadow is near them (within range of eye), and the person checks their map, will they see them?
Anyway, I just wanted to post because of the plant comment. I think it's a good idea, but not one I'd like to see implemented, because it would just become a pain in the ass.
I support this idea^^
This will make the most out of gankers, and ultimately, roamers...
Here some feedback about how it can be abused by big time farmers :
dispel Shadow debuff when you within 200 range of a unit.
dispel Shadow debuff when you attack or cast a spell. (maybe the 'dispel-on-cast-spell' part should be removed?)
That way, when they try to abuse it to go farming, the shadow just dispel itself...
more question : how it interacts with BloodHunter's 3rd skill?
People want to be able to see roamers on map, so they put out wards. Instead of buying counter-wards, you buy an item that gives you some stats and is basically taking a dump on the wards' heads. This is like, someone buys a thunderclaw and then there's an item that makes you immune to thunder (or any attack modifier).
Basically, an item that makes another item useless. T-Down

Well... I think it should break the stealth as soon as the inv player does some action (except walking), as atk, activate another item, use a skill.
The boots are no good. Gettin inv is a rly plus, so you should lower the movment speed a bit. I'd say to leave it to the regular Marches :Marchers:, or even slower and then when invisible increased a bit to the marches's normal speed.
I dont think Assassin's Shroud would be replaced by this, the cooldown is long and is not so much more expansive. (AS also gives a crit hit lol)
There are alot of ways gankers may show their moves without spoiling the fun. Portal Key, Striders, Tablet of Command, Invisibility Rune, jukes...
Anyway, I don't think more stealthy items are required.
My threads are getting removed. Seems like S2 can't take a little complaint up on them, huh?
I don't think ranting about solid points is pointless, if you're feeling kinda abandoned like I am, please take some minutes of your time and click the link below.
My personal rant and regret towards S2
I don't like the idea it doesn't make sense to me.
I would prefer an ability like mortred in dota, who can be kind of invisible (just hard to see in fact).
