I feel him a little too dependent on illusions, some heroes like Vindicator (with extra damage in his attack to illusions) will rape like a a cheese piece.
He needs some more offensive spells to duplicate himself, I mean 4 seconds after using his spell to create a illusion of himself or a 12% chance every time someone cast over him is not quite aggressive.
By the way, how will the 1st skill work on with AoE spells? I mean, if WS target him with hiw graveyard it will be a target and AoE stun spell, he should have the chance to avoid it (like with Null Stone right?) but what of Magmus ulti? each wave will have the chance? or none of them? there are MANY AoE spells in HON, so you must clarify that!
In general I like it, I would change some skills to make him work around illusions and pro-casting illusions but is some how a nice idea.
Try for example a skill like 2/5/7/10% when you receive or deal damage to pro-cast a illusion (and applies 2/4/6/8% of chances to you illusions)
And a way to eat illusions so they heal mana and health
You ulti could be a cast that pop up all the illusions making them deal 70% of damage (instead of 35%) and receive 200% instead of 300% for 3/5/7 seconds and have 20/40/60/80% of chance to do a copy when hitting. That way it would be awesome killer or pusher with the copies!

His portal Ulti is really nice, you should add the stats of the mirrors, like HP, armor and stuff like that, just because you can kill them... but the general idea is fine about it.

The ultimate is really cool, but doesn't seem to fit with the rest of the concept.
The ulti was meant to fit his images as well - then i kinda change a lot of things in which, the ulti didn't develop much as i wanted it to. I'll edit some things. Thx Bear for all your comments!
Got some few things you might wanna consider..
Remove the extra illusions created by 3rd ability.. he's got enough already but i think the idea of him buffing himself by absorbing images is awesome..
Make all illusions scale the same way (accordingly to the first skill), otherwise it'll get confusing.
Reduce cooldown on ulti.. 6 min? thats a long time in HoN.
Remove cast time on first ability.. otherwise it'll be annoying to run away with this hero, if auto attaks can slow him down (even if it's just a little).
Apart from those things, I really like the concept.. quite original indeed.. Love the way that the ultimate needs to be place beforehand, so it'll require the ability to read where the next fight is going to be.. very interresting.

I'm very cautious to not make my heroes overpowered that's all, cause usually, the first hardcore overpowered move is seen - automatic de-vote.
