A Few Suggestions For Us Casual Players

I know there's a lot of suggestions out there for balancing, remaking, and other things that have a lot of influence on tournaments and advanced players. However, I think the bulk of HON players are just casuals like myself. And, for a casual like me with no clan, there's a lot of issues that take the fun out of the game sometimes. I'm not the first person to point these things out, but I think they need some attention.

    Situation 1:
The game just started and somebody on my team disconnected. Alright, call a pause to see if they come back. Nope, they don't come back, and my team is at a severe disadvantage now. Better remake. Oh wait, there's some Munchkin on the other team who just wants an easy victory to boost his PSR. Now I have to play an entire game 5v4.

Just kidding, somebody else on my team ditched because he was 1v2 in his lane and kept getting killed because of it. Now I'm almost definitely going to lose, and there's not much I can do about it.

Point is, the whole situation could have been avoided if it didn't take a unanimous vote from everyone in the entire game just to pass a remake.

Suggestion 1: Remakes Shouldn't Take A Unanimous Vote From Everyone In The Game

    Situation 2:
Me and some friends just joined a public game. We buy and share courier, set up wards, and do our thing. But there's one guy on the team determined to ruin everything for us. He just keeps feeding then yelling at the rest of the team for doing something wrong. Finally he either leaves or just starts feeding on purpose. So naturally we go to kick him, and the whole team agrees that he has to go. In fact, half of the other team goes along with it too.

But there's that one Munchkin on the other team who just won't do it. He doesn't see any reason to get rid of his team's advantage, or to give us the feeder's gear. We're pretty sure we could win if we could just get rid of that feeder, but as it stands we're going to have to put up with him feeding the other team and tipping them off every time we attempt a gank.

Suggestion 2: Teams Shouldn't Need The Other Team's Permission To Kick A Player

    Situation 3:
So let's say my team is losing the match, and we'd really just like to quit. We try to concede and four members vote yes. But wait, somebody on the team won't pass the concede. We don't know who it is, so we all start talking in team chat to try to figure out who it is. Nobody knows, so we pick the silent guy and vote to kick him. Unusually, the other team are good sports and pass it. But it turns out he wasn't the one voting against the concede. Now we're stuck, but we have to keep moving around at least pretending to play because otherwise we'll get kicked for being idle and our stats will record it as a rage-quit, which will stay with us even if S2 resets stats in the next patch.

Suggestion 3: When Someone Refuses To Concede, The Game Should Tell Us Who Is Refusing

That's all guys, please vote yes to any of the suggestions you'd like to see implemented.

I think given the forum guidelines, this is supposed to be a simple yes or no poll... this might have been better off in multiple posts instead of just 1
