Nymphexius, Fallen God (Agility Hero)

I took this image from internet, and i made the changes it needed to fulfill my Wish hero.
This is my hero sugestion, hope you all like it and i would love sugestions.


Demon Form: When in demon form, he uses 2 blades (Slykor and Lypras) and I haven't done myself but i thought about blackwings or a darkglow around him like shadow priests at wow, and a green glow around the swords.


Angel Form: When in angel form, white wings and the bow (Vipra) and aswell with the green glow.


History: Nymphexius was banned from heaven to the underworld at his birth by the 7 gods. He borned half angel half demon, he is feared by both kinds, and even the gods, cause he owns the best qualitys from both. Sick of living for centuries in the darkness, Nymphexius will rise now and claim what he deserves.

Demom/Angel Form

Toggles Demon or Angel Form

Demon Form:
Nymphexius use his swords to punish enemy souls, stealing their lifeforce.

Level 1: 12HP per Hit.
Level 2: 24HP per Hit.
Level 3: 36HP per Hit.
Level 4: 48HP per Hit.

Angel Form:
Nymphexius combines his swords to make one single Bow (Vipra), making his attacks ranged and faster.

Level 1: +7% Attack Speed.
Level 2: +14% Attack Speed.
Level 3: +21% Attack Speed.
Level 4: +28% Attack Speed.

ManaCost: 60
Cooldown: 40/30/20/10 Seconds.

Divine Curse (Passive Ability):

While in Demon Form, Nymphexius reveals his demonic side, causing his enemys to miss him terrified by fear.

Level 1: 5% Dodge.
Level 2: 10% Dodge.
Level 3: 15% Dodge.
Level 4: 20% Dodge.

While in Angel Form, Nymphexius inflicts his arrows with pain, causing each attack to slow movement rate due to suffering.

Level 1: Slows movement rate by 6%.
Level 2: Slows movement rate by 12%.
Level 3: Slows movement rate by 18%.
Level 4: Slows movement rate by 24%.


WindBlow:

Nymphexius swings his wings, sending a giant wind wave to the enemys in from of him.

Level 1 - 100 damage per unit.
Level 2 - 175 damage per unit.
Level 3 - 250 damage per unit.
Level 4 - 300 damage per unit.

ManaCost: 125 / 150 / 175 / 200
Cooldown: 11 Seconds.


Fallen God:

Nymphexius combines his swords and lifts from the ground, spining like whirlwind, causing his enemys in a 400yard radius to get pulled into his bow.

Level 1 - 100 damage per second
Level 2 - 150 damage per second.
Level 3 - 225 damage per second.


Lasts 4 Seconds.
ManaCost: 220
Cooldown: 120/100/80 Seconds.

Well, kinda a Troll port, i liked the theme and the skills, but i guess it will need some balance. Specialy at the ult, 300 AoE damage per sec over 4 secs its too much.
