I can't save the xml in some honmods, it says access denied. I even tried copying all the files in the mod and archiving them again with the modified xml and then named it .honmod and then the honmod doesn't even see my modified mod.

I am completely lost right now lol. I downloaded some of the mods on the first page that are in a .rar format and now im dont know what to do with them, the instructions said to extract then put the honmods in the .exe, but there are no honmods?
