Can you upload both resources999.s2z files? The one generated be JavaMM and the Nota's one? I don't have HoN installed anymore, can't compile and test the games.
It's really strange such thing is happening, specially after so much time.
It is strange, yes. But I also noticed missing mods while using Notausgang MM. Bang! AutoLogin comes to mind.
I have no idea why but the only solution I found so far was editing the startup.cfg manually and this is annoying .
Ok, after a deep analysis, in theory there shouldn't be a problem. The only thing I noticed is that the mod InstaPick wasn't applied using the Nota's mod manager, is that right?
Besides that, the configurations for XShop is right there, and both of them being imported. The order on them are different, but that shouldn't actually matter. One would just appear in a different order. The only possible explanation is that a mod is breaking with the UI. By looking at the 999.s2z file, and the issue with BangAutoLogin, my guess is that Stripes Regeneration Timers is the bad guy over here.
But I'm pretty sure both ModManagers are good. Or it's a Mod doing this, or the Game itself.
Unfortunate . Both Managers have a problem with missing mods...
As long as HoNs loading time remains this crappy (5s->40s) I won't bother finding the culprit though. Maybe in a few weeks!
I used Notausgangs MM to set up the xShop settings. All I needed . Missing settings occured on 4 different pcs I tested...

As I said, this isn't a ModManager issue, should be a problem with one of your mods. As the JavaMM and the Nota's apply in a different order (preserving the minimal requirements and precendence order), the mod that breaks the menu breaks in different places for different MM.
When writing "<" or ">" in the "modifcation" tag's "author" attribute the .honmod becomes currupted, why?
Because you dont understand xml syntax obviously....
If you write < or > the parsing gets corrupted, as those are identifiers for nodes, if you want to use those symbols you have to enclose the field with a special tag, which basicly is used in EVERY mod...
I might be wrong here, but out of my knowledge there is no interupptions with "<" or ">" inside attributes.Code:<modifcations author="This is a ****ing attribute" > </modications>
Ohh and btw, do you even know what "<![CDATA[ asd ]]>" means/does?, it's a speical node that breaks the syntax to tell you that "THIS IS EXACTLY" what i want, nothing should interrupt that particular string.
I have Java and i downloaded Modman and when i place the exe in my hon folder it gives me an error saying
unable to access jarfile
what can i do
