Widowmaker, The Blood Archer
Skill 1: Bloody Arrow(Passive)
Widowmaker uses her own wounds to damage the target based on her hp.
I am unsure about the numbers so this is a rough estimation.
Level 1: For every 20 % lost she gains 1% damage
Level 2: For every 15% lost she gains 2% damage
Level 3: For every 10% lost she gains 3% damage
Level 4: For every 10% lost she gains 4% damage
This will feed into how her ulti is going to work.
Skill 2: Draining Shot
Widowmaker fills the area with a viral strain that drains the attack speed from all units in a targeted area creating a being that lashes out to a nearby attacking target draining hp to widowmaker.
Level 1: 400 Radius
Level 2: 600 Radius
Level 3: 800 Radius
Level 4 1000 Radius
Skill 3: Shatter Tips
Any arrow that kills a unit causes the arrow to shatter and hit all units for half of widowmaker?s damage.
Level 1: 200 Radius
Level 2: 400 Radius
Level 3: 600 Radius
Level 4: 800 Radius
Ultimate: Sagittarius? Favor
Creates a bow that shoots identical to Widowmaker but with lower damage and an increased attack rate targeting the lowest hp target in its range.
Level 1: 50% attack and 25% attack rate increase
Level 2: 65% Attack and 40% attack rate increase
Level 3: 75% Attack and 50% attack rate increase
How she synergizes.
The first skill creates a risk reward factor since she has to be down hp to gain the damage boost, but it also synergizes with shatter tips and Sagittarius? Favor since it will allow her to deal more damage at lower amounts of hp.
In a team fight she can be versatile by either attacking heroes directly or killing nearby creeps kind of working like shockwave from Behemoth to create large amounts of damage on enemies and again with her first skill she would be risk reward but she has the life drain if she is getting focused.
