BASE STATS
NOTE!: All his [Q,W,E] skills works in the same way, when you cast them you create a item that will stack in your inventory. That item could be toggle on/off. Once if it is On it will auto attack with a separate attack. If it is Off it will take 1 second of CD before it can do anything, and can not be manually used.
-You can drop this items, but no one else could use them.
-You can sell them for a small extra gold.
-You can drop them, but if an enemy destroy the item he will gain the bounty price of it.
-If you die you will drop all this crafted items.
-When a enemy hero auto attacks you he has a chance to break 1 of the items (never more than 1 in each attack) and collect the bounty price
-Each item can not be in your inventory at the same time another of the same items is in your inventory. (Example, you can not have flamethrower level 1 and flamethrower level 2 in your inventory)
-Each of this items attacks in different ways, you can not control who they will attack.
Skill 1 [Q] Close Combat Flamethrower
The Flamethrower once started will deal damage per second to the closest unit it can target.
Skill 2 [W] Middle Combat BAZOOKA
The BAZOOKA is a heavy damage weapon, but with a really slow Cooldown attack
Skill 3 [E] Large Range Combat Sniper
The Sniper is the long shooting option always, great for early harash and finish some squishy heroes
Skill 4 [R] Heavy Destruction Nuclear Bomb
WARNING Total destruction weapon, use it under your own risk.

Added some pics, none of my own arts, just took them from random searches in Google, added the basic stats and a new awesome move speed.
Damage: 600/900/1200 (+20%)
1.450 DMG in one skill it's much strong.

Yes, it is,.. except that it has a 2 second channeling that shout a warning to all the players of the skill been casting, and takes 1 more second to reach and deal damage after the channeling.
As well, it damage friendly units and friendly buildings, not only enemies. You may have a heavy paralyze, like Succus Sleep, but most of heroes can not stun you to keep your self in the place you cast it for 4 seconds and escape from there. (Remember you will hear a huge "Nuclear Bomb Detected")
As well, you can do 1450 damage with it, right, but you need level 18 (not 16) and SotM you can deal more damage with WS in the same time you cast it, and like magic burst damage, WS is still better with his graveyard, minimize, and silver bullet.

Very, very complicated hero. I like the whole concept behind it, but if you want to be more serious about it, make it more simple. For example, the item stacks, the movespeed debuff, etc, etc.
In fact is not SO complicate, as you see his 3 skills work all as the same, they just have different ways of damage, cooldowns and type of damage (over time, splash and long range) all you should need to do in early game is walk next to the target hero (and you faster and faster as you walk) and your weapons will own
I voted no just becous it is way of the game.... i mean if you start puting in heroes like this there should be power rangeres, army mans, jedi masters, njinja turtels ... if you get what am i saying....
p.s. other two heroes (Swekel The Spy,Evincar) you have made are gr8!

To be honest, it sounds like a rather dull hero to play, as you only spend your time autoattacking from various ranges, with only one ability to activate every minute. Could be made more interesting if each weapon had an activated ability.
Also, it's a bit too much rng at the moment. Every weapon got a chance to break, and 2/3 got a chance for a special ability. Random stuff is generally shunned, it would be better and make more sense if you gave the items durability. Say the flamethrower has 100 durability, and loses 20/15/10/5 durability whenever you're attacked. It could restore to default after being out of combat for twenty seconds or something.
I'd like to see a game with Chronosphere and Nuclear Bomb.
OK, the idea of the hero is simple, Is quite different, I agree, maybe too different, but still playable, even if you should not NEED to cast many spells, it does not mean you don't need to click, think and control your hero.
Each item/skill attacks in it's own way, to the closest, to a hero or random, but even the bazooka random attack, you can get close enough to the target you really wanna attack and be far from others you don't wanna attack to don't waste you stun hit.
So is a great hero for line step, take some advantage and in the other hand a funny hero that may not use his skills in late game because he can get better items by buying them anyway, still he got a large damage AoE Nuke, that will just be hilarious to see EVERYONE getting out of the way of the Nuclear Bomb (and I mean EVERYONE even the friendly units!)
By the way, yeah, with SofM you may do 1450 magic damage (reduce by magic armor, the average 5.5 25% = 1080 damage (about) right, powerful but I guess you have just 3 items slots and you have much better items to create before that, like move speed and heart of behe
