Chains of Ice (Q)STATS

AGI: 10 + 1.2

Attack: 42-54 (0.65 attack speed), 400 range
The purpose of the red mage is ganking, and late game initiation. Her abilities are meant for map control, and heavy ganking. Her nuking potential is minimized for support in ganks. She will not be a heavy damage dealer, but will offer debuffs to secure kills on targets.
The Red Mage throws a sphere of ice at an enemy target, the sphere bounces to the next enemy unit, dealing damage and creating a link between them. If the units move apart 400 units the chains will break and freeze the hero in place for 2.25/3/3.5/4 seconds. Lasts for 3/4/5/6 seconds
Level 1 - 50 magic damage, 1 bounce
Level 2 - 80 magic damage, 2 bounce
Level 3 - 120 magic damage, 3 bounces
Level 4 - 170 magic damage, 4 bounces
Freeze effects: immobilized, revealed
Casting range: 400
Mana Cost: 135/140/155/170
Sphere projectile speed is very fast
Static Jolt (W)
The Red Mage uses lightning magic to shock and fry an enemy hero. Target Single Hero.
Level 1 - 50 magic damage, 2 second shock, 5 second fry
Level 2 - 100 magic damage, 2 second shock, 8 second fry
Level 3 - 150 magic damage, 3 second shock, 12 second fry
Level 4 - 200 magic damage, 3 second shock, 15 second fry
Shock effects: silenced, perplexed
Fry effects: revealed, reduces the bonus from movement speed increasing active effects by 40/60/80/100% (not including the passive from boots, stormspirit. It is meant for abilities like vanish, enhanced marcher phase, and wildsoul?s buff)
Casting range: 400
Mana Cost: 100/120/145/160
Spawn Ember (E)
After killing an enemy the Red Mage spawns an ember. The ember is considered a gadget, and can be controlled. 100 hp at all levels. Gives vision (800 radius).
Level 1 - 295 movement speed, invisible, 1 max
Level 2 - 360 movement speed, invisible, 2 max
Level 3 - 435 movement speed, invisible, 3 max
Level 4 - 500 movement speed, invisible, 4 max
Ethereal Jolt (R)
The Red Mage teleports to the nearest ember in the target location, exploding the ember, dealing damage, and stunning the enemies in the area radius 300.
Level 1 - 100 magic damage, 1.0 second stun
Level 2 - 225 magic damage, 1.5 second stun
Level 3 - 320 magic damage, 2.0 second stun
Mana Cost: 100/150/200
Staff of the Master: cooldown reduced to 45 seconds
Tried to make her counter certain "ungankable" heroes, provide good map awareness for the team, and have good mobility as a ganker. Thoughts, suggestions?

Could use a better name but really good design. Great for ganking the jungle and stopping those pesky heroes with high movement speed. Swift blade, CD, and pest who are currently dominating. Definitely would change the meta game. +1

Wow fantastic hero! A+'s all around! You capture a new niche hero style that is for sure an instant hit for all ages! Very innovative, would read again, 10/10.
I'm reading nearly all the hero suggestions and this is one of the few that actually has unique abilities that combine together properly, most ppl combine stuns/slows with aoe's. These spells actully funciton well together like a good hero.
One question, do the chains of ice stun all chained hero's? or just the two heroes relative to the separating link. Other wise a great spell to prevent being juggled by nearly dead heroes with superior movement speed 11/10!
U should change the current armor from 0 to something like 2.5 +-.
But this hero sounds cool.

Demon Master [INT Ganker] - Help me improve it.
The entries for the int hero contest were closed before I entered this hero.
The stats are separated for more str and int, but I could put more towards agility for a better starting armor.
When chains of ice break it will "freeze" all affected enemy units that were bound by the chains.
awful.. not enough synergy, would prefer more vector targetting.
ive seen many of these ideas in other heroes, please be more innovative.
uhhhh i dont like the theme at all.. what is that? final fantasy? VERY generic. spells leave much to be desired

I don't get the overall theme you're going for? How does this carry? Where are the vector targeting skills?.. and it's pretty boring, you should revamp skills 1 and 2 and 3.. and 4.. so they at least capture a little of my attention.

liked the concept of the embers, the concept art and the ice chains theory bzns, but the name was abit /vomit and i dont see who this hero could/would lane well with tbh. its a good effort though.
Cool hero, love the sinergy between the third and the ultimate, and the first skill is really original.
The only problem it's her name though :P

I agree with most the people here that the name is a little bland, but I have trouble coming up with hero names as well (note my sig), so I can't really blame you.
