hey!
Well im not good at hon yet, but i was very good in dota - so I dont feed but cant carry the team that good yet..
my PSR(right?) is 156x so pretty low.. thats why i always try to carry the team by myself and win the game "alone". Still I dont pick Agi's that much.. its boring
The other day i had Predator, a Carry if i remember right
So I tried to farm the **** out of my ass, while my Laneparter (Lion, dunno hon name) stunned and hexed the CREEPS.. for whatever reason.
After he died like 4Times he just started to flame me for "my stupid attacks" (?!?!?!?!)
I mean all i did was farm farm farm, and whenever that Lion guy did an Astronomic Stupid Action that was never seen before he just died.. While I maybe even managed to take out one of the enemys in that Clash. And Survived.
His Stats was like 0-4-2
and mine 3-0-0 with an very good CS.
I managed to keep the Team in the Game and there was still hope!
but then?! WTF! My other "Teammate" i think it was Rhasta started to feed. ( Run into towers - Goes in their Forest, even if i've said they have warded it for their carry, ending in a 4v1 Clash etc. )
after he had 2-6 or something he also start to flame ME?!
FOR WHAT?!
I mean i was farming non stop ok.. but I had a TPscroll in my bag at all times, TP'ng back to home whenever they pushed.
Not to mention I was the only one, w/o negative stats! ;(
This is just ONE example of me getting flamed by some Bad ones.
Yesterday I got totally raged
I had a melee with maybe 10hps left after a giant clash.
My team nearly got wiped. I was running away, and saw that stupid Viper in my team running into the 3 enemys just like that.. ofc he died. And then.. My gosh.
They really kicked me for running away and "not helping" I mean WTF?! I had maybe 20hp, even a radiancetick could kill me.
I also notice bad ones flaming others, while those others play 4 times better than themselves..
Is this just common in this phreaking HoN-Scene, or am I just unlucky over and over again?
Why do they even act like that![]()
Yes it is common. You will just have to deal with it, ignore them and prove to them that you do indeed rape.
I have returned![]()
I've had games like that. All I do is well be a teacher and someone who will understand their idiocy. I cannot change them just like that so I try to talk them to be good. I remembered me playing puppet and I was doing good. Then this swiftblade started shouting all over the place that I sucked and we would lose. I shouted back at him and taught him the ways of winning it. He was swiftblade after all, a hard carry. Later on we won the game because of my influence on the team.
Basically be a leader, not in an authoritative way, but in a friendly way. I've won matches by trying to lead a losing battle. I've failed most of the time but I did have some good battles too.
Ignore them lol
Its hard for me to do that.. I cant control my self.
I really get angry when I see the maybe worst players in the world flaming me for nothing
but why?! Cant they see they/others in the team suck SO much more?
Well this could be an option.. I did this often in Dota when my mates wasnt there, and i had to do some pubgames..
Problem is: I dont know HoN that good
I can't say "Hey lion just hex that riki and stun that mortred, so we win easily.. if he bkbs just kite him a few seconds" I dont even know what heroes my enemys play
I really hate to use ban/ignore features![]()
Yea seems like that.
Only had 1 good game/team so far..
They wasnt good, but atleast they tried to manage, even if they sucked at it ^^
Maybe there was a Jugger that used his ulti on a 20% guy, that was surrounded by all of us anyway..
Maybe there was a Lich that used his ult on some Lonely Hero that could easily escape.. if he would have waited a few seconds a creepwave would have came, to guarantee some bounces, granting him his kill.
Well they sucked, but after the 20Minutes mark we stuck together and ganked/pushed and this is why we won.
They even came back to me when i told them we can break the mid raxes, even though they had maybe 10% hp left - but i knew all enemys were dead
wish there could be more people like that in the lowrankings![]()
People flame each other so they can feel better , especially noob
/thread
The OP has to be trolling.
Anyone that has played dota for along time should not be surprised that there are idiots on the interwebz

61 CK in 27 minutes with constant farm. They were probably raging at you for autoattacking.
i am gonna go out on a limb here and say that if he was jungling the whole game he doesnt have alot of cks
I can sadly tell you that i flame when i play bad(yes, it does happen)
The reason I go and light the fire is because I HATE when people go "omg you suck, stop ****ing feeding, ect."
I can be a real tard at times if people start saying i suck and **** like that and i bet im not the only one. It's purely defense
I will miss you HfH, thanks all the guys who helped us help you!
Nergal, the antihealer - please give me some feedback so that i can make him even better ^^
Im not a pubber like u, thus I didnt know about those Jerks running around on the Publics..
I mainly played IHCS, or some QN-IRC games.
If i played pubs, that was during the Nights - and never on B.net.
This is what I said.. Im not that familiar to Hon yet.. I had an outstanding earlygame compared to my Teammates.. but I cant stand any **** vs. Fed Runewhores.
Btw: U dont autoattack in the jungles? Maybe not if u have an orbwalking slower like viper - else u should.
Sounds to me like the only thing you need to do is go into practice mode and familiarize yourself with heroes, their abilities, and the items- and then play some real games where you can really use them. It sounds like all you need is more HoN experience and you should be a great player that can carry regardless of feeders and ragers... which can be found a lot in HoN.
I think the only reason there isn't a "rage-point" (like leaver-point) system in HoN is because the scapegoats would feel the heat of it, rather than the good players.
I realized that i started raging a little bit more when i started to become "not horrible". Most of the time i do it when i die in a situation were a teammate could have turned the figth if he did sth. i expected.
But often i realized its my fault so.... there is realy no need to rage about the fact that your accursed did not shielded you in the figth, when he has never done it the last 30 mins before that. You should have known he will not do it...ergo you should have played more carefull.
i would not say that "only " bad players rage, its more like players often rage when they play bad.
Standard situation: Player a is decent and choosed Soulstealer, he does some stupid mistakes and starts to die in stupid situation and is not able to carry his team in mid game. Then he remembers how good he was in his last SS game (14/3 iam so prooooo) and starts to blame his teammates cause he "knows" he is good.
Every player rages at some point, it takes a great player to minimize that rage and then only rage at yourself. If my teammate is pissing me off I'll calmy tell them to stop then piss them off back and continue to play.
For instance, last game (no Match ID cos game dropped 20 minutes in) I was Jeraziah laning with Chipper. He was a real d*ck, being all arrogant like "I'm so gosu" etc, and I happened to get firstblooded (partly through my fault, partly through him running away when full mana without so much as a rocket). He rages at me calling me a noob I tell him to stop. I die again (I know, but that polly hold really f*cks you up when your teammate wastes rockets on CK spam.) He calls me a noob etc I just say "Yep, I'm a noob, never played before". After a few more deaths (4 man gank and another polly hold without rocket assistance) I finally get a kill, then two, saved him three times, my CK is up to an agreeable level and I've finished Nomes. He can't rage at me any more, and if he does I just totally ignore.
Not sure why I'm telling you this story, maybe because I'm bored, pissed off an IRL situation or because I think it might help. Pick one, just remember the golden rule: stay calm.
