Wouldn't it be easier if being near a creep/unit was not a prerequisite to opening up chuck as a skill?
In DotA, Tiny's Toss could be opened up before being near said creep/unit, allowing you to track your target quite a bit better.
As of now, the skill remains closed/unusable until the moment of truth, and for some reason, it seems a lot more awkward than Tiny's Toss.
That being said, why not just remove the prerequisite of being near a unit, and having an error message say "No unit to toss" when someone attempts to use it when there is nothing to throw? It just seems very clunky and poorly implemented to me, atm.
Agreed!
takes to much time to use it.
and its still bugged, chuck still somtimes dont hurt.
i disagree, it is much better, knowing when u can and can't toss is a great addition to the game, i play pebble's quite regularly. If you think it feels clunky just get used to it, why would you want the target to come up when you cant even toss?? just means more room for error
you just hotkey the skill and click where you want the unit to go.
I've never had problems using the skill and will the skill fading and lighting up it's a good visual as to when you can use it.
The doing no dmg bug does still exist which blows chunks. but I'm usually throwing a team mate. it's when i need it to dmg and kill that it drives me mad
I agree I like the DotA implementation better, its nice having the targeting cursor up beforehand so you can wait for the perfect moment.
