Fredrick Airship Captain [IR Ganker]
Fredrick and Lance are brothers and Airship captains. Long ago, a bitter rivalry rose between them. Lance was of the view that, if you kill lots of your enemies, they will run in fear and you will be more successful in battle. Fredrick disagreed with this, his thinking was that if you showed how good you are at killing just one enemy, you will make others cower because you would be able to kill them just as easily. Now their airships and crew are devoted to their ideologies.
Fredrick and Lance are devoted to an honor system, whereby they have to prove themselves better than their rival, each other!. This has led them both to no longer piloting their airships in the battle of Newerth, but being in and amongst the fray. Fredrick and Lance both tag their targets with a laser pointer. Their airship marksmen then shoot at them. Their airships are not normally seen, only the shadow of their gas bag on the battlefield. Spells are done in a similar way, with the pilot calling in the strike. This means attacks will come from different directions than Fredrick and Lance.
Fredrick - Captain of the Insequor
Fredrick believes in destroying a singular enemy so spectacularly, that others dare not fight him. He is a dedicated ganker.
Fredrick should have similar stats and stat growth to witch hunter.
Fredrick calls his crew to drop a bomb on the target location, damaging and stunning heroes in the aoe.
Fish'm up boys!
Fredrick crew knows he just hates his enemies getting away, and it is always their fault if they do. They have made a sport of hooking heroes back to Fredrick for him to get the glory.
Fredrick?s crew are able to relay hero locations to him. Reveals invisible heroes that hang about their spotted location.
Skill 4 - Ultimate
Fredrick orders his airship to land on the field of battle, blocking the escape and the rescue of his enemies.
Does not really seem like an INT hero. Only has 1 nuke/stun and no real disables besides it.
This entire hero would work better in the AGI pusher contest with skills 2 and 3 replaced. The ultimate is very good for pushing.
I really like this hero concept! First off, I'm really diggin the theme. Second off I think his skills would provide HoN with a fantastic ganking hero. His ultimate is my favorite! I can just see the guys on the ship firing at nearby heroes.
Anyway, t-UP on this concept.
Itsnot about the disables but about screwing over that carry with an escape mechanism ^^ And you can chain the stun on top of the hooking skill which makes this an interesting idea in my opinion

When designing this hero, theres 2 types of int gankers. Nukers with a disable, like pyro and witch hunter, and disablers that can do decent damage when combod, like pollywog and I tried to build this hero into a pollywog type, a great ganker. Most int heros are also able to push as well. Fredricks skills assist well with pushing, but he cant clear creeps as efficiently as pyro, nor has minions to tank buildings

HUmmm I really like this hero all new an original, i pretty much love the Ping skill.
I only would change the hooking skill into something more agressive and controllable, maybe reduce range and time for hooking back the target or maybe hooking all heroes trying to leave a target area...

My Agi pusher hero idea check it, looks like i have real problems to come up with an interesting ultimate.
Fish'm up seems like it's really strong to be on such a short cooldown, but I could be mis-estimating it. Definitely like the skill but I think it could probably use some tweaking.
The ship ability seems like the cooldown is really short. Especially when you take into account you can use it to force push a lane by dropping it behind an enemy tower. Again I like the concept.
I would love to see this hero.
Thanks for your feedback. The idea behind the ship is to stop rescues of heroes, and towers, if the other team is not ready for the gank, or push. This skill fits a pushing purpose is well. It does little damage in a little aoe, and the aoe of affect is not that far (but could be nerfed). The ship main design is "Your team messed up, and now you cannot save this tower, you cannot save this hero"
Its a low cooldown because he is a ganking hero, and it does little real damage. He has no huge forms of damage avail except his first skill, and is good at keeping heros under control. I liken him more to pollywog then witch hunter.

Oh another point. For the pinging ability, it's a REALLY strong skill. the last 2 levels should be scaled back to 40/30 seconds respectively at least. It's just, really really strong, it's like sort of having a scouting thunderbringer/sandwraith available really often.
