Armadon's plight - His intellect must show!

Armadon is viewed so poorly. People think he is quite unintelligent, when he is actually a savant!

Armadon may start out with the intelligence of a child, but he quickly learns and becomes quite the intelligent beast. An int gain of 2.8 means he has a higher int gain than every other strength hero, every agility hero, and nearly half of the int heroes, yet his voice and lines do not reflect this. He sounds the same at level 1 as he does at level 25, and this makes Armadon quite sad.

Armadon knows he should sound like a blob of goo at level 1, just letting out the occasional odd, disgusting sound; he knows he should sound like he currently does when he reaches the level of 10, but Armadon also knows that he is much more at level 25. He is practically on another plane of existence. He knows he should sound...

British.

How can we make this so? How can we get Armadon to be given certain responses at level 25 in a very British accent? Response such as:

Indeed.
Certainly.
They're making quite a ruckus, aren't they?
How dare they interrupt my tea time.
They shall regret causing me to spill my tea!

This is Armadon's plight, and we must save him from it. He knows his voice should evolve as his mind continues to grow, but he is quite sad that that is currently not the case.

I actually think the voice, and so on of Arma quite funny, and wouldn't want it changed, but that's just me.

I support this idea.
If he truly has such a big intelligence gain this guy should be one of the most intelligence heroes out there.

I suggest giving Armadon's old voice set to Hammerstorm. He would be perfect with that.
