i was wondering this for quite some time now, and now i have a paper to do about how gaming companys manage their empolyes, can anyone help me out with this? i havent be able to find much on the subject, i need some exemple of a single company so it can be valid.
from what i understand it goes like this

but iam sure its more complex then this, i cant seem to find anything else on the subject any help is welcome, trolls are expected
