Can anybody clarify if its first the stun then chuck to double the damage ?

I've been in many games where people are complaining at one another, thinking its the other way round and so on.

Stun -> chuck.

stun chuck but sometimes u end up chucking a creep instead of the actual hero >.<

BOTH stun -> chuck AND chuck -> Stun will give the double damage when done right.

You have to do the combo very quickly, the chuck -> stun way gives about .3 seconds more time between chucking and stunning than the other.
