I can't be the only lifter on these forums. I need something to browse between sets lol. Anyone else lift on these forums?
Btw, set a personal best today, 435 squat for 4 reps. Not bad for someone who has torn their mcl before.

weights are fun
you don't have to lift 38530 pounds to have fun with it, i've only ever stuck to like low amounts of weight myself
I dont lift, i only work out enough to ensure i can carry 130 pounds up a flight of stairs and to my bedroom.
idk about you, but when i lift weights...a computer is nowhere near me![]()
i lift my mouse to move it across the pad. gtfo life tryhard
Started back into last week. I learned I have lost a fair amount of lean muscle through my weight loss and it's the major reason for my stabilization of my weight loss.
I can't do much with my arms but I can lift 1100lbs on the incline leg press
Check the thread in my signature to see where my leg strength comes from. As well I'm not curling 1100lbs. I'm merely lifting 3.5x my old body weight with my legs which is really not that big of a deal.
I don't specifically work my legs I just walk. The routine a trainer has set up for me will focus on everything. Including my core. The rest of me is super weak. Weaker then 3 years ago last time I started at the gym.
Currently I do basic squats with just my body weight. It's Part of my regimen. As per the theme of the thread so far I was simply putting the highest amount of weight I could move with any part of my body in any way.
If you want a laugh I do 30lbs dumbbell press![]()
