No. If a game is remade it disappears and no longer exists in the system so there is no proof for the GM to decide by and therefore you cannot report a remade game.

Were the creeps or a tower attacking dampeer when it happened because if the tower gets the last hit you get the kill credit but you will not get the smackdown credit.

I like the normal mode change for sure.

For the CM one though I think 7:30 is too early, I would suggest maybe 10:00 would be a better concede point, to give the laning phase a chance to wrap up...
