i agree that some heroes should not have sotm, in fact some heroes i don't even they should have sotm effect, they are already so strong that even giving utilities will be OP, for example tempest
thx for the post, i have read the whole post, but very few of them fits my MAIN concept, the 5th skill thing, it is really the main point of this post
Sure, I am not looking for 100% all be done, but a mind set change, so we got some really good sotm effect later on, they can change/add them one by one, for like a few years to done everything
Hero idea list:
Artillery: 5th skill is a long channel skills that launches a nuke to target location causing large scaling damage, everyone knows where the nuke is launching and location,...
I really don't like how some sotm is really useless and some of them are considered core
Only very few of them are situational
And most of them is simply a buff of the ult

shadowblade have mana steal but not mana burn as sotm effect
it does not deal the same amount in physical damage

it increases farm and mana regen, allowing quick switching like a steam boots
it is so good that you don't go other items...
bomb is the best of all
open up a support that don't even need boots, you give the bomb to allies that have the mobility instead of running into enemy yourself

a nice combo can do like 4 second silence and perplex

you are only in mid way, and you really really needs to do it quickly, patience are almost all gone
