			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div>So I reckon it would be sweet if you could use the minimap to place a   'suspected ward' placement of the enemies, and has a timer attached to   it, so when you see an enemy place a ward you go to your map and place a   marker down that shows what they can see. You could time ganks from   when a ward expires or make sure to take a different path to gank. It   would make counter warding and warding in general pretty huge seeings as   if you see where an enemy place a ward, instead of rev warding it away   you could use it to your advantage.<br />

Or would it make it imbalanced or do people like such precision timing.<br />
<br />
Anyways see what you think.</div>

U see in dota, sc2 (games r fast not mater anyways but i still bring it because i like this game), lol NO PAUSES at ALL. So why not hon too? Disalowing pauses would force comp players to take safety measuers like they did in games mentioned above and there would be no problems. Most of the problems they get and pause for is problems they can fix themselves instead of waiting for facken 30min to get power back or internet or wwhatevs<br />

It really ruins the viewing experience, like it is 10k people watching honcast right now and they have been waiting for it the wole day but now we can't watch anymore.<br />
Players take uneccesary breakes sometimes, like going to toilet, opening door, eating or whatthe****ever because they know they have the power to pause.<br />

Yes sometimes there is big issues but players themselves can prevent it read below.<br />

U will say &quot;But what if comp players have big issue in match?&quot; I will say &quot;the comp player can get equipment to prevent such things, like say power goes down u have an UPS and no problem, if they are comp players they should get things like this because they hurt so many players with pauses, also u can have like backup 4g internet or someshit&quot;<br />

Having pauses encourages teams to use pauses for tactical advantage like staygreen have said they often use pauses to lioke discuss who they will focus down. This also make it more boring to watch hon because of silly breaks and we have to watch nothing happen.</div>

when you dc'd, specially during the earlygame or during fights and other curcial moments, seconds matter<br />
if you dc and your team doesnt pause in time, that could cause your team to be in a big disadvantage for the whole game<br />
<br />
i think when someone dc's there should be an automatic pause UNLESS if people on your team vote NO on the pause<br />
<br />
so the following thing would happen<br />
1. orange Dc's<br />
2. automatic vote pops up (only a red no button)<br />
3. if people vote to not pause, (you need as many votes as you need to concede) the pause will not go through<br />
4. if the vote is unsuccesefull, after 5seconds OR instantly(if possible) the game will pause<br />
5. your team can not unpause for 1 minute unless if all the player reconnected (after 3 minutes the enemy team can unpause, just as a normal pause)<br />
<br />
i would also love to see #5 added to normal pauses to prevent griefing unpauses from players<br />
<br />
this would prevent many games from being runed<br />

I was trying to think of a fun application of his chuck ability, where if he has staff of the master his avatar grows spikes out of his back and he can &quot;chuck himself&quot;  which would be more like a jump. Where he could jump as far as he could chuck, landing on the target dealing chuck+bonus staff damage+mini stun.<br />

I noticed that <b><u>a group appears in the list only if in that moment there is some online player belonging to that grou</u>p</b>. That leads to some mistake: it is difficult to remember if a group exists or not and which is its name.<br />
<br />
<b>Example: </b>I have a group &quot;Support&quot; where i want to add a new player. Group was not visible because nobody belonging to it was online. I added then this new mate to  &quot;support&quot;; later when a support came online I realized that I created 2 different groups &quot;Support&quot; and &quot;support&quot;.<br />
<br />
<b>Suggestion:</b><br />

Version 1:<br />
Everyone starts out with 6 completely random items or random items from only the really useful categories.<br />
<br />
Version 2:<br />
Everyone starts out with 1 item and every 5 minutes gives you a new random item.<br />
By doing this, battles can suddenly get turned into your favor (or not lol).<br />
<br />
Now the thing is that receiving gold and experience is now not needed.<br />
This is pure fighting, so there's no need to make sure certain heroes get the kills in order to win the game.</div>

So my idea is to make matchmaking mode where you can practise your 1v1 mid role or just have some fun. This would make it easier for people to get to challange players on their own skill lvl and in this way be able to improve.<br />
<br />
I can see myself using this because I hate playing on smurf accounts and im around 1900 mmr but i've mainly played support, so im pretty useless in the midlane vs a 1900 player who's very used to the role. This would allow me to practise vs the same skill lvl on the mid role but maybe the player is way lower mmr than me or way higher in the normal mode 5v5 matchmaking.</div>

first of all i have to say that i didnt find a similar thread in this forum. i really wonder why because this suggestion isn't magic work... i REALLY want you to comment my thread and think about it's negatives.<br />

the last few days i was thinking about implenting a system which could contribute to the HoN playing experience a lot.<br />
recently i saw a lot of people quitting the game. They loved the game.. the heroes and the dynamics but the problem was the community<b>; that's nothing new...<br />
</b><br />
The Report-A-Player System (RAP) is at the moment the only thing against typical behavior. There are several reasons an account gets banned, i find this good... the issues who can appear are analyzed. People thought about that already.<br />
BUT what is the reality? Let's say an account gets banned for a few days. The person who violated the rules can simply switch to another account (you can't prevent this, since it's a f2p game). The main problem i see is that after the ban runs out the person can go back to his old account and just be as before.<br />
<br />
Maybe he gets banned again... and again and again... But does he care? No. Because he has zero disadvantages. This is no theory; every time i tell people in the game &quot;Hey man, you will get banned for that&quot; they laugh at me and say exactly this - Why would they care? After the ban they can do anything they want again.<br />
<br />
Guys... S2... This is not what we want and this doesn't make sense. This is no real punishment and won't change the behavior of people.<br />
<i>People really need to be afraid of punishment!</i><br />

<br />
So i have at the moment 2 ideas.<br />
<br />
1) Bans with consequences, penalty points:<br />
After every ban the account needs to have something like a penalty point (PP). An account get banned 3 times and it will receive 3  penalty points. <br />
Now we have to think about what exactly happens with the penalty points. My suggestion was that people with penalty points can't queue and finally play games with people without penalty points.<br />
So people without PPs play only with people who can behave and people with PPs have to play with people of their own. I think in the long term it will lead the &quot;bad guys&quot; to creating new accounts and watch their play so they dont receive PPs so they can finally play better and troll-free games.<br />
Maybe we can think about something what can make the &quot;bad guys&quot; remove their PPs, so they're not forced to create a new account or something.<br />
But at first i think this is a nice idea which has to be talked about and thinked about.<br />

2) Rating system... The pre-step to ban ?<br />
To avoid abusing bans, which give players from now on a real tough time, i have an idea. Before you can really ban someone what will lead to a penalty point, you have to receive a certain amount of negative ratings; let's say 3. This is similar to the Report-A-Player tickets at the moment... You will give a negative rating for abusive or bad behavior which really destroys a match. If the player receives 3 of those bad ratings the account get's banned and will be punished really bad because of the penalty points (which should be PERMANENT, imo).<br />

So what are your thoughts to this?<br />
Do you have any suggestions additionally? Is this realistic and can it be implanted? <br />

I think this would really lead to a better game experience and make players not troll anymore..<br />

How this could be implemented:<br />
For example player1 plays 5 games, he is allocated tickets 1-5. player2 plays 3 games, he is allocated tickets 6-8. And so on until every player who plays games are allocated their numbers. At 12am sunday a random ticket is calculated. The winner can be displayed on the loadup screen for each week.<br />
<br />
The players who play the most have the greatest chance of winning.<br />
<br />
Prizes could be silver coins, Lottery winner icon or Gold name colour for example.</div>

Who cares about your stupid report in game, that helps no one, including these LoL/DOTA converts who don't care about this game and make another account for free.<br />

Sort your lives and and bring back something the community wants. I've heard countless times in game people talking about how bad it is you got rid of kick a player. Including you can't kick someone if they go afk in the middle of jungle in a bunch of trees.<br />

Making this game less fun because you reward feeders, plants and people who go afk outside of pond and punish those who want to play be getting rid of kick a player.</div>
