Our Clan is looking for players looking to play in an organized format or pursuing the competitive scene.
A little background on our team, We were ranked 3rd in North America in DotA, competed internationally and won and placed within top 5 in many tournaments. Our previous clan had an overflowing amount of 100 members.

I am new to HoN and now that I have around 400 games under my belt over the course of 2 months and feel comfortable with the game and fully understand it, its mechanics and the heroes. Before I get into the details of this proposition, I would like to point out why I think Flint Beastwood's second ability needs a little tweaking:

(1) The hero, supposedly being a hard-carry, has one of the worst base attack damage early on. He needs to rely on his hollow-point shells to be able to contest last-hits and denies against any good player. So the first reason why Hollow-point shells should be made more reliable is attributed to farming.

(2) Another reason is that in a team-fight where interruption is necessary, say a Magmus is channeling Eruption in front of your face. You have two options, you stay in front of his face and keep attacking magmus. Hoping GOD will grant you a mini-stun, thereby saving yourself and your team from being annihilated. Of course, if you are unlucky and you don't proc a hollow-point shell, then you would be called a retard for not running. Your second option here is to cut the losses and run, in which case your allies will call you a "sissy" or "selfish" or "why didn't you mini-stun, you retard". Considering your options and the outcomes that come out of it, peer pressure (and believing lady luck should swing your way) inclines you to stay there and fight, which might not be the wisest thing to do. Let's call this one indecisiveness about dilemmas.

(3) Last but not least, chance does not always punish, but sometimes also rewards unfairly. This is a competitive game, which means luck shouldn't play a vital role in determining the outcomes of the game. An example, I was playing Flint Beastwood and I mini-stunned a blinking magebane 4 times, buying my team enough time to catch up to him and burst him down before he could even blink away. On the flip side of this, I kept shooting FA's ultimate (and Tempest on a different occasion) and with 40% chance to interrupt, I didn't get lucky in 5-6 shots on them. Both scenarios are unfair and rigged in their own way, which is what S2 is wishing to avoid. Let's call this double-edge sword point unfair luck.

Now that I have answered the WHY, I will proceed to the WHAT. Put it simply, give hollow-point shells the horned strike treatment:
-> Cool-Down of 4 / 3.5 / 2 / 2.5 seconds,
-> Each attack reduces cool-down by 0.5 seconds,
-> When off cool-down, Flint's next auto-attack procs hollow-point effect.

We can now review the problems I have illustrated above and see if the suggestion accomplishes to overcome at least some of them:
(1) Farming: Yes, it will be done more reliably, which is a must for a squishy hard-carry hero.
(2) Indecisiveness about Dilemmas: Gone! If Tempest has captured my entire team, but me. I can now decide whether I want to auto-attack and disable him or start channeling my ultimate and disable him.
(3) Unfair Luck: Gone! With this mechanic neither will Flint ever be able to perma-lock the enemy, nor will he be so unlucky as to not mini-stun the opponent in 10 hits or more.

Finally I would like to clear some misconceptions about the whole mechanic:
(1) First and foremost, the cool-down being 2.5 and attacks reducing it by 0.5 seconds sound like it would take Flint 5 attacks to proc a mini-stun (because 2.5 / 0.5 = 5). The math further sounds like a nerf because proc'cing 1 hollow-point shell in 5 attacks is referenced as to having 20% chance to mini-stun per attack, which is half way of what it is currently (40% or 2 mini-stuns in 5 attacks). BUT LET ME ASSURE YOU, that your logic is wrong if you came to the mentioned conclusion. IF you take into account attack speed, recoil etc; you can see that the relationship between proc'cing mini-stuns per attack is inversely related to attack speed, which means it is going to keep varying.
(2) Mini-stun per attack being inversely related to attack speed is a bad thing, right? Not really, what the statement simply means is that if Flint attacks every 2.5 seconds (has such low attack speed), then he will proc hollow-point shells on every attack (which could be translated as him having 100% chance to mini-stun per attack). However, having 100% chance to mini-stun per attack is not a good thing if it comes every 2.5 seconds. Now what if Flint attacks every second, then your 3rd attack should proc hollow-point shells (so your mini-stun per attack has been reduced to 33%, but you are proc'cing mini-stuns every 2 seconds, instead of 2.5).

Numbers can always be adjusted, just vote on the concept please.

He start the game calling me noob

at @12:25 i save his life martyr was going to slow him but with mesmerize martyr decided to attack him and he could escape,
at @13:32 i needed money to buy boots cuz it was 13 mins and i didnt get any farm with rampage yelling and chatting with non stop.
i cant see any infrigement if he didnt wanted to receive mesmerize to save his "ass" he could just turn off cuz it's a feature.

Is there anyone whos just getting 8 silver coins out of mid wars?
