Add Time To Messages

My suggestion is to add the exact time messages are written

Example

"VinterTroll(Witch Slayer): Miss Mid!(13:45)"

OR

"(13:46)VinterTroll(Witch Slayer): Miss Mid!"

Reasons ?
when someone says ulti ready in 30 sec it till look like this

(16:10)VinterTroll(Witch Slayer):Ulti ready in 30 sec

you will right away know that in 16:40 his ulti is ready and you are ready to go

there is the obv reason that is just awesome to know when someone said things like
miss,brb,etc......

simple suggestion to make life easier
