Does he work the same as Tiny in DOTA? If so I can just use one of those guides.
The guides say to use stalag and then throw. Do I wait for the stun on stalag to be up or throw while its going on? Is it better to throw the unit I am trying to kill, or throw another unit at the unit I want to kill?
Also, if I throw an enemy into a group of neutral NPCs, will they aggro the enemy hero, or me since I did throw damage to them?

His toss is currently bugged, sometimes it doesn't do damage.
In DotA if you stun, and then toss someone who has been hit by the stun back into the stun, it will hit them twice. Effectively dealing double stun damage.
You generally want to stun then toss the unit while they're stunned, because tossing a unit deals more damage to them.
Really, I'd steer clear of this hero for now, but I mean if you're really interested you generally want to build these core items.
Enhanced marchers
Bottle
Portal Key
After that you can choose a more battle build, or go for a caster build, it really doesn't matter.
I personally go:
Stun
Toss
Stun
Toss
Toss
Stun
Toss
Ult
Stun
Stats
Ult
Depending on how physical their team is, either stats(casters), or the armor buff(melee).

Thanks Glorify. I did notice toss being a bit bugged in an earlier game where I tossed a minion into an enemy predator (which should have done 300 damage to the pred) but his health bar didn't budge. Glad to know it's a bug. A shame because he is fun to play with.

Elder parasite is a good item on him. I usually get items like steamboots and elder parasite just to counter the attack speed debuff of his ult.

Also, is that how it works in HoN? Does tossing remove the stun effect momentarily while they are up in the air? I know I have read that it doesn't cancel channeling so that would lead me to think it wouldn't cancel the stun effect.

I'm also under the impression that the target of a throw is always dealt more damage than the tossed unit, unless in the above scenario where a tossed unit is given the stun dmg twice.
I think the numbers were something like 35% the toss dmg to the tossed unit and full dmg to the target. I'm 99% on this one (doesn't mean **** in my case).

Well, in DotA it pauses the unit, which makes them unable to do commands. Iirc they can still use commands in HoN.

Toss to my knowledge does not use this feature, because it doesn't have to, that was just what icefrog had to use to get the skill to work. It's also what makes this skill suck in HoN.

Protip: Just don't get ult at 6. Your goal as pebbles (Tiny) is to gank, gank, gank, prevent a gank, and gank.
-You'll want to get your two combo spells maxxed as soon as possible before they lose their threat.
-I suggest starting with the +2 armor ring so it can be upgraded to the +mana ring ASAP.
-Go Hellbourne Bottom or Legion Top so you have access to the secret shop for your mana ring bit (pickled brain) and tp out once you have money for the mana ring recipe and enhanced marchers.
-PLACE YOUR ENHANCED MARCHERS IN YOUR TOP MIDDLE INVENTORY SLOT SO YOU CAN ALT + E INSTANTLY AND GAIN +10 MS. VERY, VERY, IMPORTANT FOR YOUR ABILITY TO CHASE/RUN AWAY.
