Seriously.
Matches won/lost means jack and isn't indicitave of an individual's skills at all.
At the very least, show the ratios on the team selection screen during game formation so we don't have to go through everyone's stats.
When the pub stompers and team stackers are made to be more obvious to everyone, it'll happen less.
