Alter Armor (2 subskills)

Coating
http://monte.d2nsa.de//HoN/Suggestions/Ironman/s1a_Coating.jpg
Effects: Increases the armor of the target by 4/8/12/16 but decreases his magic armor by 2/4/6/8.

Rust
http://monte.d2nsa.de//HoN/Suggestions/Ironman/s1b_Rust.jpg
Effects: Decreases the armor of the target by 2/4/6/8 but increases his magic armor by 2/4/6/8.

Allo. Target: Allied or enemy units.
Cast Range: 500
Mana cost: 30/35/40/45
Cooldown: 6/6/6/6
Duration: 12/14/16/18

Notes:
-Can be purged by Nullfire Blade and Cleansing Shock as well as by using Geometer's Bane.
-Both Coating and Rust can be active on the same target at the same time, though they have a shared cooldown.

Ironclad
http://monte.d2nsa.de//HoN/Suggestions/Ironman/s2_Ironclad.jpg
The Ironman is a massive ironclad being and therefore his power increases as his armor increases (passively).

Effects: For every point of armor you have your damage increases by 1.5/2.0/2.5/3.0 points.

Notes:
-Both physical and magic armor apply bonus damage.
-It's a bit similar to Rampages passive, but less effective early game. Scales better with items and spells though. Just imagine using Coating, having a Demonic Breastplate and a Shaman's Headress and now an allied Demented casts his Ultimate and you also use your Ultimate on an high armored enemy.
-On the other hand an enemy Demented/Pestilence/Shieldbreaker/etc can easily negate most of your extra dmg as well.

Metallic Bond
http://monte.d2nsa.de//HoN/Suggestions/Ironman/s3_MetallicBond.jpg
Attaches yourself to target enemy hero through a chemical reaction creating a metallic bond.

Allo. Target: Enemy heroes
Cast Range: 350
Mana Cost: 90/100/110/120
Cooldown: 20/20/20/20
Duration: 3/4/5/6
Effects: Attaches Ironman to target and slows targets movespeed by 20/30/40/50% for 3/4/5/6 seconds. Ironmans attack speed increases by 20/30/40/50% for 3/4/5/6 seconds.

Notes:
-Makes you unable to move; instead you move/blink along with the target hero.
-Does not silence and does not make neither you nor the enemy unable to attack.
-Homecoming Stone will break the attachment, blinks or invisibility will not.
-Metallic Bond is a physical spell.
-A stun will silence/perplex/disarm you, but not break the spell (ergo not stop you from moving (if the target is moving)).
-Using Geometer's Bane, Swift Ulti or Sand Wraith Ulti (Manifest) does break the spell as well.
Transfer Armor (Ultimate)
http://monte.d2nsa.de//HoN/Suggestions/Ironman/s4_TransferArmor.jpg
Target foe loses some of his armor and you gain the same amount of armor.

Allo. Target: Enemy heroes.
Cast Range: 750
Mana cost: 50/100/150
Cooldown: 60/50/40
Duration: 15/20/25
Effects: Target foe loses 50/60/70% of his armor and you gain the same amount of armor.
For every point of armor lost the enemy takes 5/10/15 magic damage.

Notes:
-Transfers physical and magic armor.
-Damage is applied after the armor was transferred.
-SotM decreases the cooldown by 10s and makes yourself heal for 5/10/15 points per armor received.
-The spell always transfers the current armor taking buffs and debuffs into account; for e.g.: if the target was affected by Shieldbreaker when Transfer Armor is cast he will be set to zero armor. If the Shieldbreaker effect wore off now he'd regain his 6 armor. So you better use this spell before you decrease the targets armor
-As some people have noted, Jeraziahs Ultimate currently is a problem with this skills description, but I'm sure the devs can find a way to not make Sol's Blessing result Transfer Armor to make Ironman hit for a few thousand damage :D.

Conclusion:
(I wanted to reference to the Ironman Triathlon, but some research also revealed there seems to be an marvel comic 'iron man hero' as well.)

The idea behind this hero was, that all carries currently in the game do better buying Shieldbreaker over Riftshards. Always. So this is a very special hero, that does better the more armor the foes have. This makes Pestilence for e.g. a rather bad ally. Though if you study all of his skills you'll see that he's an excellent carry/support in an otherwise Int heavy team as well.

Hero role: Ganker early, Tank and Anti-Tank later with ambitions to carry a game. (While Coating and Rust also serve as team-support).

His slow is decent, but you won't be able to retreat when you use it. If you combine it with Transfer Armor you'll be able to tank a lot of dmg though. Coating and Rust can be used to increase the spell effects. Ironclad can give you a massive dmg boost for a short time, eventually enough to take out foes during Bond. Ideal combo would be using Transfer Armor on a foe you buffed before with Coating, then using Metallic Bond on him and beat him to crap with your temporarily high dmg due to Ironclad (and of course the foe being unprotected). PS: He has no spell that deals direct damage except the Ultimate, which can be very devastating in case the target stacked armor - so it's especially dangerous to tanks and agi heroes, while it's not much of a threat to int heroes.
