Disclaimer: This may seem like a joke hero, and there are jokes within this hero, but this is serious.
HUGGINS
The Strongest Teddy Hugging Bear Around.

Hellbourne.
Made in a factory, enchanted by a witch, Huggins life was a world full of surprises. He was created to care for children, but the magic became corrupted and created a non-stop hugging catastrophe. He's a hugging monster, who just wont stop his huggin'. Holy priests devised and created a straitjacket to bind his hugging forever. Alas, Huggins great strength and infinite desire to hug allows him to break free on occasion.

Huggins loves hugging, and he shows it through simple hugs. Managing enough strength to break free of his straitjacket, he grabs an enemy and holds them close to him.
Grabs an enemy, and holds them for the channel time, dealing damage and stunning them.
Skill Type: Active - Target Enemy Unit, Channeling
Manacost: 90/100/110/120 Mana
Cooldown: 10 Seconds
Range: 220
1) Up to 1.0 second channel time.
2) Up to 1.5 second channel time.
3) Up to 2.0 second channel time.
4) Up to 2.5 second channel time.

-) 100 Magic Damage a second.
Usage: A great spell to stop an enemy in his tracks, and take him down.
Visual: Huggins wraps his arms around an enemy, and squeezes them.

Everyone loves Huggins, they love him so much, they just have to touch him.
Causes all nearby enemies to run up and touch Huggins, disabling them.
Skill Type: Active - Instant, Enemy Units
Manacost: 120 Mana
Cooldown: 18 Seconds
1) Radius of 300 around Huggins are applied with AWWWW!. Applies the Debuff for 1.8 seconds.
2) Radius of 400 around Huggins are applied with AWWWW!. Applies the Debuff for 2.2 seconds.
3) Radius of 500 around Huggins are applied with AWWWW!. Applies the Debuff for 2.6 seconds.
4) Radius of 600 around Huggins are applied with AWWWW!. Applies the Debuff for 3.0 seconds.
AWWWW!:
-) +20% Movement Speed
-) Unitwalking
-) Uncontrolable
-) Causes this unit to run towards Huggins
-) Expires if this unit gets withing 100 distance of Huggins
Usage: Mass AoE disable. Can be combined with the ult for maximum efficiency.
Visual: Looks like taunt, but all enemies inflicted with the debuff have hearts above their heads.
Notes: If this looks too strong of a disable, I could add an effect to the Debuff which removes it if the enemy takes 30% of his max hp while under the Debuff's effects. But I wanted to keep it away from wordiness.

Huggins is made of the softest of soft materials, bouncing enemies after spells and if they get too close to him.
If an enemy gets within the radius of Huggins, apply a knock back and deal some damage to the enemy. This effect also occurs after Huggins casts one of his spells. Additionally, the fluffiness adds increased resistance to physical damage.
Skill Type: Passive - Enemy Units
Manacost: N/A
Cooldown: 10.0/8.5/7.5/6.0
Radius: 95
1) Enemies that enter the radius around Huggins take 40 magical damage and are pushed back 100 over 0.5 seconds. Passively adds 2 armor to Huggins.
2) Enemies that enter the radius around Huggins take 60 magical damage and are pushed back 150 over 0.75 seconds. Passively adds 3 armor to Huggins.
3) Enemies that enter the radius around Huggins take 80 magical damage and are pushed back 200 over 1.0 seconds. Passively adds 4 armor to Huggins.
4) enemies that enter the radius around Huggins take 100 magical damage and are pushed back 250 over 1.25 seconds. Passively adds 5 armor to Huggins.
Additionally Fluffy adds bonuses to the these skills:
Hug - When the channel time is complete, or interrupted, apply the knock back and damage to the targeted unit. Does not apply cooldown.
Adorable - When an enemy touches Huggins with AWWWW! inflicted, apply the knock back and the damage to the enemy that touched Huggins. Does not apply cooldown.
Teddy Charge - When the charge is over, apply the knock back and damage to all enemies affected. Does not apply cooldown.
Usage: Upgrades all of Huggins' skills and adds another possible disable if Huggins gets up right next to them
Visual: Huggins bounces his belly at the enemy and a puff of fluff comes out.
Notes: The radius is below melee attack range, so it does not automatically push back melee attackers.

Huggins charges towards a point, breaking free from his straitjacket, grabbing/cuddling all the heroes in the way, and dragging them to the end point.
Charges at a target location, grabbing all heroes around Huggins in the radius, and holds on to them till the end point. Destroys trees caught in the way, and can charge over cliffs.
Skill Type: Active - Target Point, Heroes
Manacost: 150/175/200
Cooldown: 30/25/20
Radius: 250/275/300
Max Range: 700/1100/1500
1) Charges at a target point with a radius of 250, max range of 700, and a speed of 600.
2) Charges at a target point with a radius of 275, max range of 1100, and a speed of 800.
3) Charges at a target point with a radius of 300, max range of 1500, and a speed of 1000.
Staff of the Master: Increases the max range to 1100/1500/2000, speed to 900/1200/1500.
Usage: Great initiator, pulling all your allies into a battle at once. Can also pull enemies into towers if you do it right early game.
Visual: Huggins bursts from his straitjacket and reaches out his arms, grabbing all heroes he touches as he runs to the target point.
Notes: This may seem like an over-powered ability, but it deals no damage (not including Fluffy).

Portal Key + Adorable
Blink in, Adorable, and they all run towards you. If you are defending a position, or could also Teddy Charge out the opposite way to distract them.
Shiva's Guard + Adorable
Activate Shiva's Guard, then adorable and they will be slow as they try and touch you. Also grants a fair amount of mana and mana regeneration.
Shrunken Head
Resistance to most stuns and disables when hugging, charging, or even running away with adorable activated.
Mock of Brilliance
Huggins is almost always around enemy heroes, so if you farm well enough, Mock will greatly increase your damage output.
Phase Boots + Fluffy
Get in right beside them so they are pushed away for maximum effectiveness.
Tank Items (Shaman's Headdress/Barrier Idol, Vanguard, Behemoth's Heart)
Increases maximum hit points or over all tankiness to survive hard strikes when you are in the middle of battle.
Staff of the Master
Obviously increases the power of Teddy Charge, so its always an idea. Increasing the speed by 50% and the max range by 500 is a huge boost.
Ring of Sorcery
Huggins needs mana, and if your team need some mana too, why not get a ring?
