Xande is a hero that specialises in manipulating his enemy, weather it's blocking off their path, throwing them around or shutting them up. He has even more crowd control late game, so later on he's not just another carry depending on his damage, but more so on his ability to cause mayhem via well placed and timed skills.
Xande utilises a style of combat alchemy that has apparently been passed down the family line for generations and mixes alchemical skill with physical prowess. Xande transmutes objects mainly by attacking them, it is possible that this method transfers the kinetic energy of his blows into the alchemical energy, enhancing the speed and force of his transmutations, since he mainly uses alchemy to rapidly produce large stone spikes and walls.

Q) Massive spike

Xande smashes the ground creating giant spikes hurling at his enemies throwing them back like rag dolls.
Skill Mechanics: Xande creates a giant spike that deals damage and knocks an enemy target back.
[1] Deals 50 damage and knocks the target back 300 range. If the enemy knocks into a tree, cliff or a wall they will take 50 additional damage.
The enemy is slowed by 20% for 2 seconds after they land.
[2] Deals 75 damage and knocks the target back 350 range. If the enemy knocks into a tree, cliff or a wall they will take 75 additional damage.
The enemy is slowed by 25% for 3 seconds after they land.
[3] Deals 100 damage and knocks the target back 400 range. If the enemy knocks into a tree, cliff or a wall they will take 100 additional damage.
The enemy is slowed by 30% for 3 seconds after they land.
[4] Deals 125 damage and knocks the target back 450 range. If the enemy knocks into a tree, cliff or a wall they will take 125 additional damage.
The enemy is slowed by 35% for 4 seconds after they land.

[Synergy] This skill is great for getting enemies into tight spots, if you know how to use it. When coupled with walls he can deal some scary CC.
It deals low damage and has short range.
[Visual] Xande Stabs the ground with tip of his spear and a giant brown spire erupts from the ground.
An idea for change: I'm thinking of making it so when the target is hit and they are flying back, if that unit flies back into another unit they will send that unit back too, and both or more units will be taken back the full distance. Then all units that hit the wall will take the wall/tree/cliff damage.

Xande springs into the air towards a targeted location smashing his spear into any targets in the area, if there is an enemy he is able to use that force to launch himself back into the air again.
Skill Mechanics: Xande leaps into the air at a targeted location and attacks the spot, if there is an enemy the dynamic cool down will reduce the reuse time of the spell, other wise nothing happens. Xande will hang in the air for 0.5 seconds.
[1] Deals 70 damage, successful attacks on enemy heroes will reduce the cool down by 20 seconds.
Missing on any enemy unit will increase the cool down by 5 seconds.
[2] Deals 90 damage, successful attacks on enemy heroes will reduce the cool down by 16 seconds.
Missing on any enemy unit will increase the cool down by 5 seconds.
[3] Deals 110 damage, successful attacks on enemy heroes will reduce the cool down by 12 seconds.
Missing on any enemy unit will increase the cool down by 5 seconds.
[4] Deals 130 damage, successful attacks on enemy heroes will reduce the cool down by 8 seconds.
Missing on any enemy unit will increase the cool down by 5 seconds.

[Synergy] Helps you get close to the enemy so you can do stuff... like you know what ever.
Low damage, low range, low mana cost... yep... ohh and it's slightly hard to aim, so if you're pro you can keep chasing the same guy, but if you're nub, well you're not going to have much fun. The air time + the cast time means this skill hard to use.
[Visual] Xande launches himself into the air and descends on a spot, simple. Think Dragoon class from Final Fantasy

[2] Disarms and silence the enemy for 2.0 seconds and an additional 0.05 seconds per level that Xande is.
[3] Disarms and silence the enemy for 2.5 seconds and an additional 0.075 seconds per level that Xande is.
[4] Disarms and silence the enemy for 3.0 seconds and an additional 0.1 seconds per level that Xande is.

[Synergy] This is a good skill for ganking as it stop his opponents from crowd controlling him while he chases the enemy down.
This skill dosn't deal damage, it's more there for the crowd control. The silence and disarm is only single target and it's not that long compared to like other skills out there.
[Visual] Xande strikes the enemy several times really quickly, then the silence symbol pops above their head.
An idea for change: Nothing in particular, but would still like any critics or ideas for improvements.

Xande uses alchemy to manipulate and reshape the earth erecting giant jagged walls in the enemies path or to smash them in the face.
Skill Mechanics: Using vector-targeting to create walls on the ground so units can not pass. Or walls can deal damage when cast under enemy units throwing them in to the air, but the wall will be destroyed this way. Walls are 300 range long and stun the enemy for 1 second. When enemy units get thrown into these walls they will receive damage from the jagged exterior.
[B] [1] Walls have 150hp, and deal 125 damage.
This skill has 1(2) charges. Each use of this ability consumes 1 charge. 1 charge is restored every 20(18) seconds.
If enemies get thrown into this wall they will take 50 damage.
[2]Walls have 200hp, and deal 150 damage.
This skill has 2(3) charges. Each use of this ability consumes 1 charge. 1 charge is restored every 22(20) seconds.
If enemies get thrown into this wall they will take 75 damage.
[3]Walls have 250hp, and deal 175 damage.
This skill has 3(4) charges. Each use of this ability consumes 1 charge. 1 charge is restored every 24(22) seconds.
If enemies get thrown into this wall they will take 100 damage.

[Synergy] This is a great skill to use for ganking, as you can use it to block the path so that enemies can't get away. Or you can use it to block the path between your week ally and the enemy chasing them. Or if you want you can use it to knock enemies into the air. Everything you can do with this spell is to help with ganking. I've added damage to any unit getting thrown into the wall via any spell in the game, weather it's command tablet or Engineers knock back from his keg.
[Balance] Considering how unique this spell is it's a bit hard to balance atm. Would appreciate any feedback concerning the balance.
[Visual] Xande slams the ground with the back end of his spear, and blue lightning shoots towards the targeted location and a brown/grey wall erects. When the wall is destroyed it crumbles back into the ground.
An idea for change: Is there too much going on here?
