Story
Jasper, like many of the woodland folk of the Legion,
lived in peace for many years.
A former Spearman on the front lines of former conflicts,
he had laid that life to rest in order to focus on cultivation
of crops and family. Unfortunately for
Jasper, the Hellbourne now knock his door
and the old life he had almost forgotten comes forth once again.
Role
Jasper is a Melee Strength hero for the Legion.
His primaries are initiation and mitigation.
Voice
An older, hardened veteran voice that sets off his body type.
Battle Speech
Movement
Just a hop, skip, and a... ugh.
Slow and steady wins the race.
Attack
Looks are deceiving, aren't they?
Ugh.. this thing is getting heavy.
Killing Blow
Not bad bunny huh?
That is the last time you'll bop anyone over the head.
Upon Death
Who will hop down the bunny trail now...?

Str: 22 + 2.6
Agi: 18 + 2.2
Int: 15 + 1.4

Hop, Skip
When Jasper uses "Hop and a Skip" he can travel small distances quite quickly, making himself harder to target as well as building momentum up for his second ability "Jump".
This ability is similar to Pandemonium's Flurry as it comes with a charge each time the ability is leveled. Difference here being the ability in itself. Miss chance on melee only active when hop buff charge is active on Jasper. Read below for each levels descriptions.
Target: Ground
Level 1 - 1 charge, 20 mana, able to hop 125 units away (per charge). Adds +15 initial damage / +5 dps to Jump. 2% chance for attacks to miss Jasper. 1 charge cooldown 10 seconds. Buff duration 5 seconds.
Level 2 - 2 charges, 30 mana, able to hop 150 units away (per charge). Adds +30 initial damage / +10 dps to Jump. 3% chance for attacks to miss Jasper. 1 charge cooldown 10 seconds. Buff duration 10 seconds.
Level 3 - 3 charges, 40 mana, able to hop 175 units away (per charge). Adds +45 initial damage / +15 dps to Jump. 4% chance for attacks to miss Jasper. 1 charge cooldown 10 seconds. Buff duration 15 seconds.
Level 4 - 4 charges, 50 mana, able to hop 200 units away (per charge). Adds +60 initial damage / +20 dps to Jump. 5% chance for attacks to miss Jasper. 1 charge cooldown 10 seconds. Buff duration 20 seconds.
and a Jump!
When Jasper uses "and a Jump" he leaps at the target enemy hero and drives his spear deep into their body. The enemy hero is wracked with pain as Jasper holds on for dear life to continue making his target's life miserable.
Jasper leaps with his spear and impales the target enemy hero with his spear. This causes an initial amount of damage with a mini-stun, then damage over time as Jasper holds on while the enemy runs away. Clicking this ability a second time will make Jasper manually dismount the target. (This keeps him from being pulled into towers/gank/etc)

Level 1 - 95 mana, 100 physical damage, 10 damage per second (maximum of 5 seconds). 20 second cooldown. Bonus - Dependent on level of "Hop, Skip"
Level 2 - 115 mana, 175 physical damage, 20 damage per second (maximum of 5 seconds). 20 second cooldown. Bonus - Dependent on level of "Hop, Skip"
Level 3 - 140 mana, 225 physical damage, 30 damage per second (maximum of 5 seconds). 20 second cooldown. Bonus - Dependent on level of "Hop, Skip"
Level 4 - 170 mana, 300 physical damage, 35 damage per second (maximum of 5 seconds). 20 second cooldown. Bonus - Dependent on level of "Hop, Skip"
Wall of Spears
Even Jasper knows when he needs to be a bit more defensive. As Jasper uses Wall of Spears he spins his weapon above his head and slams it into the ground, suddenly spears come from the ground pointing away from him and greeting all enemies that seek to end this old Pooka's life.
This ability gives Jasper a bit more of a team element by adding a defensive measure, which can be used offensively as well, cutting off an enemy from their allies. Using Vector Targeting, Jasper will erect a spear wall along a straight line. Jasper has taught his allies the workings of the wall, so they are able to step through it unharmed with only a minor speed reduction (they don't wanna get poked afterall) of -5% MS.
Mana Cost 75/105/155/215
Target: Ground (Vector Targeting)
Level 1 - length of wall 400 units, upon contact enemies will suffer 50 damage and a .75 second stun.
Level 2 - length of wall 550 units, upon contact enemies will suffer 95 damage and a 1. second stun.
Level 3 - length of wall 700 units, upon contact enemies will suffer 140 damage and a 1.25 second stun.
Level 4 - length of wall 850 units, upon contact enemies will suffer 185 damage and a 1.5 second stun.
Pooka Pride
Jasper locks down an enemy hero by throwing a spear through their torso. It is at this time that a guerilla squad of Pooka Dragoons leap from the shadows and drive their weapons into the target as well, shattering them upon contact for a small degree of splash damage. (AoE splash will not affect the original target, just those within the very small radius of the target)
This ability is concievably similar to Moon Queen's Ultimate and Valkyrie's AoE, however Pooka Pride is a damaging stun with a chained attack that follows only that one target.
Target: Enemy Unit/Hero
Level 1 - range 800, 150 mana, 125 initial physical damage, 1 second stun, 2 elite units continue to attack (1 attack per) for 50 additional damage and a splash damage of surrounding units of 55 per Pooka elite(150 aoe range). 100 second cooldown.
Level 2 - range 800, 175 mana, 175 initial physical damage, 2 second stun, 3 elite units continue to attack (1 attack per) for 75 additional damage and a splash damage of surrounding units of 65 per Pooka elite(200 aoe range). 110 second cooldown.
Level 3 - range 800, 200 mana, 225 initial physical damage, 3 second stun, 4 elite units continue to attack (1 attack per) for 100 additional damage and a splash damage of surrounding units of 75 per Pooka elite(250 aoe range). 115 second cooldown.
Staff of the Master Boosted effects - adds +50 initial damage/+25 splash damage/+50 aoe range and an extra Pooka Elite unit to jump out at the target.

Combo Synergy
Hop, Skip + and a Jump! - This one is a bit obvious as the two are built around each other.
Hop, Skip + Pooka Pride into and a Jump! - Gives you the chasing ability on a target, Pooka Pride would initiate your ult on the enemy hero and with and a Jump! you lock yourself into them for the full extent of the ult and the DoT from clinging to the enemy.
