I wanted to create an Ultimate for mage and supports
Remember to not focus only on the figures but to vote on the concept...
If you have any suggestions It can be cool to hear that you think to improve the item...

Archicape Of Mana

Activation:
Cooldown: 10 secs

Passive Bonus:
+10 Intelligence
+250 Mana Points
+25% Mana Regeneration

Aura Bonus(700 range):
+75% Mana Regeneration



On physical melee damage, You have a 25% chance to applies Mana Hindrance to enemy attacker with a Cooldown of 15 seconds
Applies Harmful Mana when Toggled On.

Mana Hindrance Effects:
70% Movement speed slow initially, which wears off over 4 seconds.
This ability is disactivated if you're Silenced.

Harmful Mana Effects:
On taking physical melee damage, You have a 50% chance to cost you 1% and to deal 5% of your Max Mana points as Magic Damage to attacker.
This ability is toggled Off when you got under 5% of your Max Mana.
This ability is toggled Off if you're Silenced.





Where can it be Useful?
Int Item...
As there are not many Ultimate Items for Intelligence heroes & Support or nuker , i think about one... give me your opinoin please

Good item, but the 5% of the Max Mana points should be changed.
5% of the Current Mana Points would be more balanced IMO.
And the purge effect applied every 7 seconds looks like balanced already. Maybe would be better if it was cooldown of 10 seconds, and 20% chance to activate Mana Hindrance for 5 seconds?

This would be very useful. I think there is room for an intel survivability item and this seems like it could do the job nicely. T-UP

You're right, the mana hindrance doesn't really need to have Chance since there're Cooldown but I think it needs to have cooldown because carry will never be able to do their role of follow and kill, but that you tell is possible to do.
But right now, I want people to vote on the concept...

Too much of a melee-attack item, which is a carry/agi thing. You should have an effect that applies whenever you cast a spell, instead.

This might be very very powerful on heroes like Defiler and Torturer. Maybe too much so.

Would Be a Nice Item for Them, but this item can't make you really avoid gank.
Or If there are 2 Heroes, this item would be very less effective...

This item is just awesome. Great for casters and so. I don't like the 3+ magic armor for everyone tho. Nukers are already weak enough. That just shouldn't be in there. Other then that this is a really great idea.

I'm not sure this is good. You should have to activate it instead.

Seems imba really.

Again this should work with activation or charges not chances.
