Hero Name:
The Mauler

Hellbourne Strength

The Mauler is a monster, the largest fighter of the hellbourne army, he can be heard coming to fight from a mile away. He was the largest of the behemoths who was brought back to life after dying in battle to gain his revenge against the legion.
Basically, I'm thinking of an undead behemoth, having lost his totem and instead fights with his hands.

Strength: 22 + 3.6
Agility: 16 + 2.2
Intelligence: 17 + 1.5
Defense: 2
Movement Speed: 290
Starting Health: 570
Ganker/tank

Pros:
Great tank and ganker
Forces the other team to split up
Strong disables
Cons:
Very low mana pool
Mana dependent skills
Needs to get close to be effective
low movespeed
Skills

Pulverize: The Mauler grabs enemy and slams him into the ground, dealing 80/160/240/320 physical damage in 300 aoe and trapping target for 1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds
Range: Melee
Mana cost: 100/110/120/130
Cool down: 16/15/14/13 seconds
Strong disable early, spammable with mana but high mana cost with low mana pool restricts The Mauler from spamming.

Glare: The Mauler stares into souls of the enemy team, sapping their will to fight. The Mauler saps move and attack speed from the heroes. The Mauler can focus on targets near or far.
(This is phrased rather poorly, but what I mean is that with vector targeting, the mauler can choose a short wide area or lengthen the area while narrowing it to sap the speeds, a use for vector targeting)
Range:100-500
Mana cost: 80
Cool down: 30 seconds
Attack speed drained/gained per target: 15/30/45/60
Move Speed drained/gained per target: 3/6/9/12
Team wide disable, not large impact on an individual player but a huge increase to the Mauler.

Gravity: The Mauler's size is so immense that he has a slight gravitational field which pulls enemies towards him. Everyone .5 seconds, enemies within a 300 AOE around The Mauler get pulled to him 3/6/9/12 units. (Does not break channeling spells)
Range:300 AOE
Mana cost: N/a
Cool down: N/a
Instead of a slow, The Mauler actually pulls the enemies towards him, while the units is not much, it happens so frequently it will make a difference.

Sonic Boom; The Mauler uses his brute strength to smash his hands together with such force a sonic boom is created in a direction. The closer to The Mauler, the more damage taken.
I suppose a cone makes more sense, but that will be left up to the devs
Range: 1500
Mana cost: 150/200/250
Cool down: 120/110/80
Damage: 300-50/400-100/500-150

Fairly standard AOE nuke ultimate, encourages The Mauler to run into the enemy team to do more damage.

Synergy:
Gravity + Glare = Significant slow to follow up with sonic boom or pulverize
Pulverize + Sonic boom: Massive damage especially early.
